We scheduled a new patient appointment and at the visit no doctor was present for our dental cleaning. Dorothy insisted to do the work anyway. Dorothy got really anxious and was rough she used a tool under the gums, hearted gums by scraping them and had no treatment to soothe the gums and comfort my 14 years old child. I called the office hoping that the doctor would give her anything to soothe her scraped gums and no one cared to call me back. I wouldn't be back. Awful. She's taking an antibiotic because of infected gum from pediatrics.

I know that any kind of dental care causes fear and anxiety, no matter who you are. I had a routine cleaning scheduled for the day that all dentistry appointments were cancelled because of the pandemic, so I missed my normal cleaning date. Because of shut downs and then my own fear of such close contact with a provider without being able to wear a mask, I continued to put it off. I went through the entire pandemic until today without a checkup. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth this week and that terrified me, so it motivated me to make an appointment. My experience today was extraordinary from the time I entered, to the time I left. The people who welcomed me to the practice made me feel so welcome, and even helped my nerves because I felt they knew I needed to feel safe. My hygienist, Lindsay, took my X-rays did the Herculean effort of cleaning my teeth and she did such an extraordinary job. She told me what to expect, helped me understand what she was doing, and asked permission before she did anything. She had a very gentle strength that helped me know she was taking good care of me. My doctor examined me and made me feel confident with what I may need to do in the future. I will never go anywhere else, even though it's quite out of the way for me. If you are looking for a place that will help reduce your anxiety, help you feel safe and will earn your trust, then I totally recommend Sheridan Dental.

I've gone to this office for years. I've seen many of the dentists and have never had a bad experience. The staff is so friendly. They're always very helpful and truly have their patients best interest in mind!

Did a very thorough job cleaning and examining my teeth. Also have a solid plan to fix a broken tooth and to help with an appliance for teeth grinding.

Dr Cassese makes you feel like family, the staff is friendly and thorough. Appointments sre extremely accommodating. Live in Orchard Park....worth the drive!

Dr. Cassese has been my dentist for years and he is great! He listens attentively, resolves any issues, informs the patient of procedures throughout the process, and is gentle. Lindsay, my hygienist, is also great- she is friendly, efficient, and gentle. The office staff is always friendly too.

I came to Sheridan Family Dentistry because it was recommended by my daughter. She said they were friendly caring environment. While I agree with the friendly environment. I would have to disagree with the caring aspect of the doctor who saw me. I went for a cleaning and possible tooth extraction. When she informed me that another tooth was infected and needed to be extracted as well. But I asked her about curing the infection with antibiotics she gave me a song and dance about how that wouldn't work etc etc. So I apprehensively scheduled the appointment for the extraction. But it was not until I got home that I was not given a prescription for the infection. Now mind you that this is not my first pony ride of going to the dentist and having an infection. And they always gave me a prescription for infection before they have to do an extraction. I also felt that I wasn't given any other alternatives for saving the tooth. So my experience with this particular doctor was not a good one.

I have been going to Sheridan Family Dentistry for many years and have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from them. The staff is friendly and professional and the office is very clean. My hygienist always treats me like an old friend, not just a patient. I actually look forward to going there.
