Dr. Deena Sher grew up in Toronto, Canada. She followed after her mother and older sister, both of whom are general dentists. She came to the United States to train at the renowned University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine
While there, she met and married her husband, Dr Michael Sher. During her training, she received numerous awards and conducted research on cellular healing and diabetes. After obtaining her dental degree, Dr. Sher dedicated an additional year for further training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. There, she gained experience placing and restoring dental implants, treating head and neck trauma, and managing advanced prosthodontic treatments. She honed these skills practicing as a general dentist in Michigan.
Dr. Sher then pursued her passion for periodontics, completing a three-year residency at the University of Detroit Mercy, and receiving a Masters degree and certificate in Periodontics. She then completed board examinations both in the United States and Canada, making her a Fellow in Periodontics with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry with the American Board of Periodontology. She practiced in Michigan, prior to relocating to Ohio with her family. Doctors Sher has three beautiful children.

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing! The Staff were super friendly and kind, they were there every step of the way with smiles all around. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get braces. I felt right at home and will definitely recommend and bring them up to friends and family who are thinking about their smile. Dr. Sher and his team are super awesome and friendly. Dr. Sher took the time to explain everything at our consultation and answered all of our questions. When my son got his braces placed they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. The office is very clean and runs seamlessly. It's also a pretty fun atmosphere for the kids too. I would recommend Dr. Sher and his team to anyone. Thanks for taking great care of my son :)

This office is top notch!! The nicest group I've ever dealt with by far. I was on the fence about getting my 12/13 year old braces and I'm so happy I went with it. The results are unbelievable and it's not even been a year. My daughters smile is vibrant and healthy!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sher and his team. I wanted straight teeth for my wedding. While he suggested braces, he fully supported my decision of invisalign. When I became closer to my wedding he stated my teeth would not become fully straight and that he could rush braces or after my wedding I could return and get braces placed to finish the correction. He stated that you wouldn't notice my teeth weren't perfect in my wedding photos and he was absolutely correct. He put me through braces and was absolutely amazing the entire time. As I got towards the end they surprised me on a visit and took them off which I was so grateful for. His team is always so pleasant. I highly highly recommend going to this office. You can tell he truly wants to see you walk out with a perfect smile. Now I don't feel the need to hide my smile. I cannot thank him enough.

Dr Sher and his staff are amazing. So friendly very reassuring and explain every part of the orthodontics process! We've just finished phase 1 of our treatment plan and watching the transformation to this point was amazing! We've referred anyone who needs orthodontic help to this office, and know anyone who's come to them has also had nothing but positive things to say!
