My son had quite a few issues with is teeth and was in braces for nearly 3 years. I cannot recommend Shepherd Orthodontics enough! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they know how to take care of their patients. My son was so excited to receive birthday and Christmas cards on top of the excellent service that he received there.

We love Dr Shepard. 2 of my kids have had successful treatments and positive experiences I decided to get braces myself. The staff is friendly and kind and Dr Shepard goes through all options which keeps you educated I would highly recommend Dr Shepard!

My oldest child is Deaf and uses ASL. When we began our search for an orthodontist, some complained about the cost of providing an interpreter, not Dr. Shepherd. Not only did his office willingly provide an ASL interpreter for every appt, but he rercorded the movies he shows to include captions on them. Our son was his only Deaf patient too. We were so impressed with him and his staff that we brought our 2nd oldest son to get braces with him too. Now both boys are done with their braces and their teeth look great! I'd recommend Shepherd orthodontics to everyone! And will use him for my younger children.

I am obligated to leave a review after my experience. I am not a patient and have not had orthopedic work done for about 8 years now. My permanent retainer broke off on one tooth. Shepherd Orthodontics was the closest office to me. Normally to have a single tooth recemented it costs about $50. This processes is only about 10 minutes so it is costly for the time. Shepherd refused my payment even after I insisted to pay. They said the work is so little and so quick they do not want me to pay for it, and I'm not even their patient. When this work was needed before, every orthodontist was very quick to take my card and charge it. 10/10 would break my retainer again and go back to them. Good business practices and employees.

Our daughter, the third family member to be treated by Dr. Shepherd, just finished treatment. We knew she would need orthodontic care pretty early on, and he saw her for years, keeping track of how her teeth were doing and planning the eventual treatment. It took a while due to crowding and an unusual tooth, but now her molars meet and decent chewing is possible! The beautifully straight front teeth are wonderful too, of course :) Dr Shepherd always gives careful consideration to each treatment plan, clearly presenting the pros and cons of alternative options. I especially appreciate the time he takes to explain everything. All the employees are very friendly and welcoming, and his office sends us an occasional card to mark a special event or wish us well. We're already repeat customers, and we'll be taking our other kids to Dr. Shepherd if they need braces.

This office was absolutely awesome. The whole staff is great. The very best part is how honest they are. Years ago, the dentist referred my oldest son to an orthodontist because he thought he would need braces on his front four teeth. I took him to an orthodontist that said, yeah, we can do that. I didn't feel like it was necessary as they were only a smidge crooked so I started asking the people I knew with the most beautiful smiles. All 3 people had been to Shepherd Orthodontics. I went there for a free consult. Dr. Shepherd looked over his teeth and X-rays. He then said that we didn't need to spend the extra money for two treatments and that one would be efficient. He was so honest that it made me a customer for life. My oldest still sees him every 9 months for his free consult, but my second son had a more mature mouth and just recently finished his treatment. Once again, his smile is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen and the process was such a breeze. My 7 children won't be going anywhere else for treatment.

Dr. Shepherd and his staff are wonderful. I've had 4 kids in braces. The first 3 were done by a different orthodontist. I wish I would have known about Dr. Shepherd before I sent them to the one we used. Having the comparison of previous experiences showed me how an orthodontist experience should go. Dr. Shepherd was always on time, friendly and very honest. He does what's best for the patient not just whatobest for his pocket book. My son was very well taken care of and his teeth look amazing. Thank you. I would recommend Shepherd Orthodontics to everyone in need of Orthodontic care. I just completed my treatment through Dr. Shepherd and again he did not disappoint. The best experience. Great staff. They are always friendly and helpful. They take time out of their day to recognize individuals. Dr. Shepherd is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He is honest when he tells you what to expect and follows through with what he says he'll do. I've experienced other orthodontist offices and this is by far the best.

We are so lucky to have a Shepherd Orthodontics office in Eden. Dr. Shepherd is thorough and professional and very competent in his field. The staff is kind and helpful, and the overall business is very good at communicating and providing a great overall experience. I highly recommend Shepherd Orthodontics!

I have had the best experience with Dr. Shepherd and his staff. I have had braces 4 times in total during my life. I thought I was the problem. I almost didn't try to get my teeth fix, I was just going to live with it. I'm so glad I came to Dr. Shepherd practice. It was been a completely different experience. Besides being professional and understanding, they are friendly and compassionate. They are such a fun group of people ,I can tell they enjoy what they do. One of my favorite things is they send these silly but beautiful holiday cards. I always look forward to getting one. Also, one thing that really struck me, during on of my visits, like always they asked how I been. I told them that my dad had recently passed. They gave me condolences which was nice. But then I got a card in the mail, again offering condolences ,it was so sweet it moved me to tears. Anyway, you must go to Dr. Shepherd! He's professional, very talented and you will not be disappointed.

Dr Shepherd and his team are amazing. As a recent graduate, I am delighted with my new smile and perfectly straight teeth. Even though people think of orthodontics for teens, this senior citizen's advice is "go for it!" You will receive treatment from a skilled and kind orthodontist!

Dr Shepard and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! After putting two children through braces with a different orthodontist we were definitely looking for a change. We heard about Dr Shepard through a friend. After our first visit with Dr. Shepherd and our third child in braces we were very excited to start the process with him. She just got her braces off and her teeth are absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend Dr. Shepherd enough! I wish I could give more than five stars :) His staff is so friendly and very helpful. Thank you and our only regret is that we would have put all 3 children in braces with him!
