The patience of Dr Gibson and her staff is amazing. My daughter is terrified of dentists and they work with her crazy like no other office I've used for my kids. Always helpful with all my questions. It's the best in town for kids, no question.

Every single person in this office is professional, warm and friendly. They really put my children at ease. The office is clean, child-friendly, and beautifully decorated. The therapy dog is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend Shenandoah smiles!! Thank you!

The ladies at this office are absolutely AMAZING!!! My son is 6 years old and very very rambunctious... however they did not blink an eye or smug at all at the way he was acting that day. They treated him and myself with the most kindness a person is capable of giving. Everyone here is absolutely GREAT! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. Wonderful Ladies!!!!

Honestly I can't write enough great things about this office. Every single person there is a beautiful soul. We had two emergency surgeries. Dr Gibson is not only an amazing dentist but person. She has gone above and beyond for us. She will forever be so near and dear to us. She's taken care of us unlike any other. We love this practice.

As always, such a wonderful experience with Shenandoah Smiles Pediatrics. Gabby and Sam were amazing with the kids. My youngest is 3, and when asked who wanted to go first she was the very first to say, "me, me!" Couldn't dream of better dental care for my family.

They are the best pediatric dental practice I've ever had the pleasure of taking my kids to. My youngest son has been seeing Dr Gibson since 4th grade (over 4 years now) and had suffered severe anxiety from another office which treated him, let's just say not great, and didn't want to allow any scraping or cleaning. It took a year for us, over multiple visits and one trip under anesthesia before his teeth were finally where they should be. Now his dental health is great and I credit the dentists and all the staff there for him being completely over his fear. He is even able to see the orthodontist with no problem. This is a true pediatric dental practice and I recommend them 110%!

This was one of the best visits we've had. My son has autism and has a hard time at the dentist. We had zero problems and was able to finish the appointment with no meltdowns. I also met Allison, a dentist in the practice that I've never met before. She was amazing and upfront with me about an upcoming procedure. Amazing staff all around!

If you have a difficult child like I do, I highly recommend them. They take their time, create a calm environment, talk things over with you and with your child, and genuinely care about your child's dental health. I'm so glad to have found them.

Dr. Allie is amazing. She is super friendly and caring. My daughter was getting work done on her teeth and began to cry. Dr. Allie stopped what she was doing and began to talk to my daughter to see why she was upset and did what she needed to do to make her comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She's awesome!!!

Showed up for my daughter's 8:30am appointment only to find out that I had accidentally confused this appointment with another dr appointment time and her appointment was Actually scheduled for 12:30 pm that day. I could not believe I made that mistake. The office took us anyways so we did not have to come back. So thankful they helped us out! Great service!

Excellent experience today considering I had 3 of my little ones with the same appointment time. The staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient -especially Emma! My family and I are new to the area but I definitely found my children's dentist. Highly recommended!

Still our favorite dentist! Our 8 year old absolutely loves his 6 month appointments. Dr. Gibson is THE BEST and her team is exceptional.
