I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist. Dr. Shen came out into the waiting room and shook my hand and introduced himself. All of the people working in the office are so incredible, too. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and getting you taken care of. As Dr. Shen worked, he explained what he was doing so I didn't have to feel so nervous.

Even if this doctor offers me a free service, I would never go to this office again!!! Please think wisely about selecting this dentist as your doctor - no wonder he advertises his offices on Groupon!!! I was a patient of Dr. Shen until he unnecessarily started exchanging my old "silver" fillings! He stated, "we" - Europeans do not take care of our teeth!!! I agreed to new composites, but it appeared that Dr. Shen's goal was to make money on me. Unluckily for me, he damaged nerves in both of the bottom molars. When I came back to his office with severe pain of one of the molars and commented that I have experience with dental insurance, he told me to read x-rays... that his team just performed on me!!! I am not a licensed DDS or DMD to legally read x-ray films!!! He checked my tooth and told me now I need a root canal (the tooth he exchanged the silver filling), but he will not do it and send me to an endodontist. I went to two different doctors to get a consultation. Both molar teeth are closely monitored because I refused to get two implants right away (I still walk with two cysts)!!! Yes, I will lose two teeth of Dr. Shen's greediness!!! THIS DOCTOR ABSOLUTELY IS A JOKE!!!

I went to see DR Shen for a wisdom tooth that was bothering me and I must say that was one of the most comfortable experience I ever had going to the dentist office. He explained what he was doing and genuinely shows that he cares about his patients. His staff are very polite and has a friendly attitude. I am looking forward for my future cleanings with DR Shen.

I went in for an oral exam and teeth cleaning on my first visit and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Everyone there was super friendly and kind. Due to COVID, it had been while since I've had my teeth clean, but the girl who did it was so thorough and made sure she got every tooth. I really appreciated how she took her time. During the oral exam, Dr. Shen showed genuine care about my teeth (even more than I would) and took the time to answer any questions/concerns I had while making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend going here for all of your dental needs!

He's been my dentist for about 6 years now. My initial visit was for an emergency (old filling was breaking apart). Dr. Shen and his team are very professional and open about the procedures that's being done. Highly recommend him.

Best Dentist ever!!! My kids love him! As it is some kids and adults could feel nerve-wrecking getting dental work but Dr. Shen's and his team make it very stress free! My sister recommended him to us 9 year ago and we couldn't be anymore happier with him.
