I love it here ! Everyone is so nice. I trust Dr.Shen with my teeth and her hygienists are also knowledgeable and personable. It's clean and the flow is organized and I never feel like im getting work done I don't need.

So grateful that Dr. Shen invested in safety protocols to continue practice during the pandemic when others shuttered. Knowing that many satisfied patients don't post reviews, we didn't let numbers decide for us. Since 2016 our large and discerning family has received excellent care.

The worse experience in my life with a ""dentist"". Place is extremely filthy, equipment is visually dirty with dental residue. They had me fill out a form online listing family history etc, I checked a box stating that my grandparents passed from cancer. Linda walked in the room and these were her exact words "so you have cancer right?" Was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that I didn't even let them look inside my mouth. The Spanish speaking receptionist was really nice, but this place shouldn't practice any type of medicine. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE BY GOING THERE!!!

Wow!! I felt forced to even put one star..this so called dentist is so unprofessional no introduction, she acted like she was dealing with animals.maybe she mistook her working days at the sweat shop..my goodness I can go for hours on my expierence...the ppl that go there on a regular must not know what proper care and bedside manners are..terrible!!!!!

Absolutely horrible she is impatient with her patients and lies to your face!! She claimed I had a infection in my tooth and said it's been there for awhile so I went to the hospital after my appointment and had bloodwork done and guess what?? No infection!!! She's a scam artist and shouldn't be a dentist at all! Run as fast as you can from there

Staff was very friendly. Irena did a great job cleaning my teeth. Doctor was nice.

Horrible they said I needed surgery and at the end they took 5 tooth out 3 wisdom tooth and 2 unnecessar.. I'm very upset

If I could not give them a star, I would leave it blank. The dentist (Shen) has horrible bed side manner. I was in tears, and they could not do anything with me. Horrible experience. Never going back. I wouldn't take anyone here.

This was was my fist dental appointment in 5 year. The staff put me at easy and sorted all my problems that had built up. I will be able to use this dentist for my further cleanings and procedures.

I arrived at the dentist early and Dr Shen was extremely late getting me in. Once I get in, she was extremely rude and couldn't even give me an exact number of how many cavities I had. Just don't go here, whatever you do unless you want a bad experience.
