Worst dentist ever! On the last day Of my visit for cavity filling, strange things happened that I never experienced with other dentists before. Firstly he sent his assistant out of the room after injecting my gum with pain killer, he then brought out from his drawer a small object that looks like a small drilling equipment.He asked me not to move and used this equipment to drill into the bottom of this tooth that I never had any issue with,I was so much in pain and also bleeding badly, he then called his assistant back into the room to take the X-ray picture of my dental before he continued to work on it..I reported this incident to my insurance company and I was sent to another dentist.The tooth still hurts.

Dr. Shen and his team were very efficient in getting me in and out in an appropriate amount of time. They did spend enough time, especially with it being my first visit, to explain the work that needed to be done and choose the best way to start, in a way I could afford. Dr and staff were friendly and professional. They took the anxiety out of the dental experience!

While the staff is friendly, I always feel rushed here. They call if you are not there exactly on time or call to ask you to come earlier. Also, when having procedures like teeth extracted, there isn't any written take home instructions. They always seem like they are rushing you in and out and not really making sure you know what's needed. The office is clean.

Michael Shen's personality is what ruined it for me. Very condescending and awful to the staff. When I first went, I had a cleaning with a wonderful lady- not sure her name- and she explained everything so well. I went back a lot after and realized she was gone and I'm assuming it was due to how he treats the staff. All the other staff is amazing.

I called Dr. Shen's office hoping to be able to see the Dr due to a bad tooth ache and the tooth was an anchor tooth on my bridge.. An emergency number was given which I called and left a message. Dr Shen called me back and told me to come in. I was a new patient and so happy he would see me. He is very personable and very efficient. I will be going back to Dr. Shen for all my dental needs.

Dr. Shen is professional by nature, yet gives you a sense of comfort, not associated with going to the dentist. I have severe anxiety, and lots of dental issues, that I feel i will confidently face and overcome with Dr. Shen's help.
