We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, care credit and all major credit cards.
Dr. S. Keith Burlison is a native Atlantan living in the Duluth area with his wife and daughter. Dr. Burlison was educated entirely in Georgia, graduating from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995. He has been practicing in the Duluth area since 1996, opening his private office on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in June 2005.
He enjoys practicing a full scope of dentistry, taking frequent continuing education classes to learn the latest procedures and materials available. His practice welcomes patients of all ages and takes pride in his staffs ability to accomodate patients with special needs.

I am a HUGE fan of this office. Not only that the staff is just as knowledgeable as they can be but the doctor is phenomenal. That is a very rare combo nowadays. I had my experiences and I was beyond thankful when my husband found this office. If you want a place where they truly care about you and only you- look no further.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Burlison's practice for over 20 years! Dr. B. Is super with all our dental needs. Even when teeth have been knocked out from playing tennis! No matter what time of day he is there to help. Almost forgot to mention, he has a great staff too!

Myself and my entire family have been seeing Dr. Burlison since the year 2000. My one child now lives in SC, but my other now adult child (and his wife) continue to go. When you've found the best, STAY. Dr. Burlison, as well as his staff are getting five stars because that's the highest I can give, otherwise, it'd be higher. If anyone has a fear of going to the dentist, give Dr. Burlison a try. Promise, you'll also STAY.
