Dr. Benjamin Shelton earned his undergraduate degree from Morgan State University in 1968 before advancing to the Howard University Dental School, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1972. He founded Shelton Family Dental in 1976 and has been providing quality dental care to the residents of Baltimore since then.
Dr. C. Shelton grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1998, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University and continued her education there to get a Master of Science degree in 2000. In 2007, she graduated from Meharry Medical College, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

You are always greeted with a warm smile. Each person you encounter is pleasant and very professional. I feel comfortable asking questions and have recommended them to family and friends. I had an issue a they were very accommodating. I love this place.

I was very disappointed with my service. There was no information about Dentures. No information about procedures and what would be my path. This office did not instruct me that I have to pay over 1000.00 for resizing the Dentures that never fit when I left the first time. So my Dentures cost over $12 thousand dollars, and still not happy

Family atmosphere , enjoyable office to visit but the time spent can be long. Waiting call backs and complete understandable explanation can be a problem, those are qualities I personally look for in any business or practice.

No longer for the community. A lot of original clients have left over the years due to poor customer service. I convinced others and stayed a client since elementary school until today. Was treated poorly and caused to have no-show fees from a $60/8 year old debt that I was unaware of until my visit. I came in was told of a 2015 no-show fee debt and told that I would have another no show fee b/c I had no money! No sympathy, considerations, or solutions provided. I wasn't contacted about debt when scheduling or before the apt, so I could have brought the money. In the community but no longer for the community!! I won't advocate for them in the community any longer!!!!
