We have developed an informative and fun complimentary dental health program for preschool-8th grade children for their parents, teachers, and teacher aides. The program teaches the importance of baby teeth, toothbrushing, and flossing techniques, why regular dental check-ups are important, and how to achieve a healthy diet.

The staff demonstrated patience to the highest level with my 4 year old and provided the best experience she has ever had while visiting the dentist. They took extra time and allowed her to sit up during the whole visit while performing the procedures needed with such professionalism.

I haven't been to the dentist in 18yrs(due to childhood traumas) but because my son is coming up on his 1st dentist appointment I felt the need to face my fears... My mom recommend it DOC she said they took good care of her. I'm glad to say they are truly amazing everyone I've seen/spoke with has been amazing to me. They help me understand the things I worry about they honestly just make me feel at home!!! Greatttt people

I was worried when Dr. J left that it would never be the same, but Dr. Warren was excellent! Both of my girls had their cleaning at the same time and both of them had fantastic hygienists. My oldest daughter has autism and her hygienist went above and beyond to make her as comfortable as possible. She was even able to get her xrays! I have no complaints! This is an excellent place to take your children!

The dental assistant (Alana) was super friendly and patient... My little girl acted up and cried a ton. She was so sweet and tried to calm her down and did her best. Everyone else in the back thsg went by was nice to her as well. Can't remember which dentist we saw. He was friendly as well.

Had an emergency come up and needed to reschedule my children's checkup. Was told 24 hours was not enough notice and we would be penalized and could never go back. If that's how you treat years long repeat customers, then I'm good with never going back. The emergency didn't give me more than a 24 hours notice either but, life goes on.

It was my daughter's first visit and Brittney went above and beyond to help my very nervous daughter feel comfortable. She spent extra time to walk her through every step and explained everything so that she would understand. I was amazed. Now she has no fear of going to the dentist!

In August, I called to schedule an appointment at the end of September. My daughter has a routine dentist (Dr Hounshell) but, we were referred to this office for a cavity filling. I took a morning off from work. I arrived prior to office opening on our day. Then, my daughter and I sat as people checked in after us but, went back ahead of us? This happened several times before I asked if I had the wrong appointment time. I was informed my appointment was a work in. Not an actual appointment! No one said that when I booked. It wasn't an emergency. It was booked weeks in advance. It appears they just overbook and use that as an excuse. Be wary !

My daughter was on their dental surgery hospital list for over 6 months. She ended up with an abscess and in much pain. They would not move her up on the hospital list. I could not even get in touch with their hospital list coordinator! Nurses and front staff then told me the total wait could be one year! I took her to another dentist and they scheduled dental work surgery for the following week!! I wish I would have gone to another pediatric dentist sooner! My daughter's teeth got progressively worse the time we were waiting. Now she needs one tooth totally extracted and 7 other teeth worked on!

Hardly any wait time. Once in treatment room service was very prompt. Super courteous and friendly staff. The best experience my daughter has had in town !!!

Every time I have to take my son there they treat him oh so well. They make him feel comfortable and makes sure he is ok during the whole appointment. I totally recommend them to anyone with kids with Autism or ADHD

I don't recommend them , not because of the dentist themselves but the office staff and the Staff the works for booking surgery's etc. Bedside manner is quite horrible and just down right rude.Never in my life have I had someone talk to me they way they did ,highly unprofessional and uncalled for.
