The hygienist was very kind and as gentle as possible. The Dr had a knowledgeable but kind demeanor that made me less anxious.

I went to Dr. Cahill when I was nine years old I went it there to get my tooth pulled everything was okay until she made sure to show me the needle. We are talking about a NINE year old child with no parents because they are not allowed back in the room! Of course I showed out and wanted my dad that's when she said "forget it have ugly teeth I don't care" I remember those words so clearly it was very traumatizing for me. I thought maybe at least try and give me the gas I was a child. I came back to her when I was seventeen to get it pulled and til this day I say she pulled the wrong tooth to "teach me a lesson" she pulled my front tooth which was an adult tooth I feel like I could be wrong but in my heart I felt like it was the wrong tooth. It looks like I have a gap but my tooth is pushed back far that's why I say it's a baby tooth. After she was done she told me "see I told you you were going to have ugly teeth" it broke my heart more then anything cause I've been bullied so bad in my lifetime for everything but now my teeth when they were so pretty and straight. I asked her if she could send me somewhere to get a spacer or something to push that tooth up and alighted with my other tooth she said "sorry can't help you with that you just have to find someone to do it" I don't know if she does children's teeth but if she does ask for another dentist because she is a very rude person and I don't think she has the heart for kids. On the website it says she "meets needs of anxious adults" if anything I was more anxious (I have severe anxiety/panic disorder) around her she didn't make me feel safe with her treatment plan or talked over things with me. To see her doing cosmetic surgery now it feels like a kick in the face because I felt like she could have helped me with my teeth, which even if she offered I wouldn't take it cause I felt so uncomfortable the last time when she said I have ugly teeth. I have to pay $4,500 for an implant just to get my smile back. I don't know if I'll every get my confidence back though. The trauma she caused me with the words she said it really hurt me it was something very very uncalled for. My advice if they say Dr. Cahill has openings don't do it.

Jessica Lackey over stepped her authority when she sealed my son's teeth without asking us the parents or even our 8 year old son. Didn't even find out it had been been done until the insurance sent us a statement. Don't let your your children go back alone at this office. Who knows what they will do to them and charge you and your insurance for.

I was telling people years ago about the awful experience I had here and not to choose this practice when it was Youngs and unfortunately my Disable elderly uncle insisted to continue to choose this practice and for over 20 years was a patient at this office. Last year he was told that they no longer could accept his medicaid he said ok and was willing to pay cash out of pocket $417.00 due to no other dental practices in this area was accepting new medicaid patiens. He went Feb 2022 with money in hand and was told oh know we can file your medicaid, six months later time for a check up he calls and they say oh we can't file and you can't pay out of pocket either. Its very sad when a practice builds a percentage of their wealth from medicaid patients and throw disable people out the back door like trash who unfortunately rely on their services. I'm saying please choose wisely when seeking a new dentist because clearly they aren't as loyal to there patients as the patients are to them.

This by far is the best place I've ever been to! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. They explained things very well and listened to what I wanted to have done and guided me in the best direction possible. I'm glad to be their patient

I wouldn't recommend this place for my dog. They have no compassion what so ever.

Good work but too money hungry. I paid what I was told I owed at the time of my crown placement. A couple weeks later, they wanted almost $200 more and wanted it then and there. I demanded an itemized statement and after receiving it, saw I owed only $76 and mailed that. They have since continued to hound me for the remainder and when I asked them how they came up with a total higher than what was on the itemized statement, I was told they didn't charge for the 1st visit which frankly wasn't true as it was reflected on the itemized statement and I was only there 2 times for the crown. They insist I owe the money. I am never going back and unless you are stupid, you shouldn't either.

In 2 visits, I had 2 fillings, 2 crowns and 1 root canal. In my 81 years this has been the best experience ever at a dentist. Dr Lackey and staff are excellant.
