Carrying on a family tradition with a twist. I was literally born into Dentistry. My dad is a former family dentist, and my mom was a dental hygienist. I was actually born while my mom was taking the Florida boards for dental hygiene. I always felt dentistry was an ideal job for me getting to talk with people of all ages all day long, helping them have a smile they love to show off. The only thing better is being an orthodontist. I get to straighten teeth and boost self-esteem all day. Nothing makes me smile more than watching my patients faces light up when they see just how fun braces can be.

I have been a part of the Pensacola community since 1981, so my patients are my friends and neighbors. I cant think of a better way to spend my time than helping improve the community for my family, friends, and neighbors. I love being able to give my patients the latest treatments. With my extensive involvement in professional associations, my patients can rest assured theyll always get the most up-to-date, comfortable care.

Dr. Shehee received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville. Dr. Shehee completed his two additional years of orthodontic specialty training and received a Masters Degree and a Certificate in Orthodontics from West Virginia University. He has been serving the Pensacola community since 1981. Dr. Shehee has been married to his wife, Angie, for almost 48 years. They have 4 adult children and 17 grandchildren. When he is not in the office, Dr. Shehee enjoys working on his cattle farm and spending time with family.

I am proud to be a part of this great team. It is such an honor for me to carry on the tradition of providing the Pensacola and surrounding community with beautiful smiles. I find great joy in making orthodontics an enjoyable experience for each of my patients, and with eight children of my own, I love getting to know their families. At our practice, we strive to serve our patients by offering the most innovative treatments and technologies, and ensuring that each family feels appreciated and comfortable.

Dr. Callahan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at the University of Alabama College of Dentistry, with honors. Dr. Callahan received his Post Doctorate certificate in orthodontics after completing a 3-year residency program at the University of Alabama. He also received his Masters of Science at that time.

Leslie joined Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in 2011. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Coastal Carolina Community College in 2002. Leslie meets all new patients with the doctor and discusses all recommended treatment options in detail, from start to finish, and help patients understand their fees and payment options. Leslie also assists chairside when needed. She feels blessed to work with such great co-workers and doctors, and considers her patients to be her extended family. Leslie and her husband, Jason, are originally from Pensacola, but they moved out of state in 1998 because Jason was in the Marines. In 2010, they returned home. They have 3 kids and one dog, and they enjoy any type of outdoor activities.

Sara joined Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in January of 2016. She feels blessed every day to come to a place where her co-workers and doctors truly care about those around them. She received her bachelors degree in education, with a minor in office administration, in 2001 from Pensacola Christian College. She also holds her real estate license and esthetician license. Originally from Oregon, she loves the outdoors and adventure. She enjoys spending time with her grown children, family and friends. You can find her after work hanging out with friends, eating good local food, relaxing at the beach or in the water, eating ice cream, camping, watching and playing sports, antique or thrift shopping, and visiting our local Palafox market. She hopes to travel the world and explore different cultures someday!

Sarah joined our team at Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in January 2016. She earnerd her bachelors degree in community health education at the University of West Florida. Later, she received her certification as an orthodontic assistant. She sincerely enjoys the opportunity to make her patients feel beautiful by helping to improve their smile and confidence. Sarah is married to her best friend, Andrew. Together, they have a miniature dachshund named Butter. They enjoy going to local festivals, spending time with family, and traveling. Sarah cant wait to meet you and help transform your smile!

Erin became a part of the Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics family in 2014, and she has loved every minute of it! The doctors and staff make an awesome team, and Erin feels grateful to be a part of it. Erin moved to Pensacola from Dallas, Texas, in 2013, and she loves it here! In her spare time, Erin enjoys being with her friends and family, and going to Pensacolas beautiful beaches. She looks forward to meeting all of our patients and contributing to your beautiful smile!

Pam has been working for Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics since December 2000, and she thinks that our practice is an awesome place to work! She really enjoys working with her patients and their families, which, for Pam, makes being here so nice! She has a wonderful husband, Lance, and a grown son, Joey. They also have five dogs (crazy!).

Tascha was born and raised locally in Pensacola, Florida. She attended Pensacola High School and became a certified orthodontic assistant in 1999. Tascha joined Shehee & Callahan Family Orthodontics in 2017. She is married to Bobby and they have 6 beautiful children and 7 amazing grandchildren! What Tascha loves most about her work is meeting new patients and watching their personalities grow throughout treatment. She adores her patients and loves helping our orthodontists create beautiful smiles.

Lindsey joined our team in July of 2020. She earned her Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food from Sacramento State. She then attended the Dental Assisting program at Sac City College. Lindsey and her husband moved from California to this area during the summer of 2020. They have two cats named Porter and Mia. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, gardening, and teaching her cats new tricks! Her favorite part about this practice is the fun and welcoming environment. She looks forward to coming to work each day due to our amazing staff and patients. As an assistant, she enjoys seeing just how much orthodontics can change lives!

Cindy has been with our team for 27 years. She is a retired Dental Hygienist and works hard to keep our schedule, patients, and doctors on track. She loves the family-oriented atmosphere of our office and the close relationships that form between our team members. Cindy is married with 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. She enjoys cooking, shopping, and going to our beautiful beach nearby.

Jennifer has been a part of the team at Shehee and Callahan Family Orthodontics since 2019. She is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College and has been in the medical field since 2006. Jennifer is married to her childhood neighbor and they share 3 children, a dog, a cat, a hamster, and a goldfish! They love spending their family time doing anything Disney and have been to Disney World 12 times. Jennifers favorite thing about working at Shehee and Callahan is the fun, family environment between the staff and patients.

Kristen joined our team in November of 2019. She earned her Bachelors degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of West Florida. Kristen has two beautiful kids that she adores and a kitty named Gray. During her free time she enjoys traveling, live music, food, and spending time on the beach with her friends and family. Since working here, Kristen has found that she loves coming into work with such great co-workers and the absolute sweetest patients.

Amberly joined our amazing team back in 2019. She took a year off to have a beautiful baby boy, Emerson, and rejoined us in 2021! Amberly was a patient at our practice before deciding that she wanted to help others. The best part for her job is being able to educate patients and see their confidence shine through their smiles! She is patient, kind, and a hard team worker. She also loves cats! We are so enthusiastic about having Amberly back on this incredible team!
