Everyone asks me, When did you decide to be a dentist? I am a little out of the ordinary as I decided to become a dentist when I was 6 years old. My mother wrote in my scrapbook that after a visit to my childhood dentist I told her, Im going to be a dentist.
Its an honor to help patients achieve a fabulous smile. Each person whose braces come off allows us the opportunity to change lives, one smile at a time. The cards and thank you notes remind us of the difference we make. One patient in particular stands out--a young girl, who happened to be blind, who wanted her smile to light up the room. When we completed her care, she told me, I cant see my smile, but I can feel it!

Dr. Rob attended Northgate High School in Walnut Creek. He continued his education at UCLA graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Political Science. He then attended UCLA School of Dentistry graduating with honors. Dr. Rob continued at UCLA for his specialty training, completing a combined residency in both Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry.Dr. Rob is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Rob is married to his high school sweetheart, Cristie. They have three children, Courtney, Ryan and Kaitlyn. In his spare time, Dr. Rob enjoys skiing, golfing, and generally spending time outdoors.
I have such positive memories of my first pediatric dentist, Dr. Haeberlein. When my family arrived in the US as refugees from Vietnam, we relied heavily on Medi-Cal and other government assistance programs to cover the cost of healthcare and living. I will never forget the utmost care and compassion we received from Dr. Haeberlein and his staff. This definitely inspired me to become a dentist who was just as kind, compassionate, and thoughtful.
I have a passion to create a life-long impact on peoples lives by creating extraordinary smiles with unequalled passion and incredible service. I have studied obstructive sleep apnea and other forms of sleep-disordered breathing. It is my strong desire to bring this knowledge to our patients and their families. This has become a silent epidemic in our country, and left untreated, can be a serious and life-altering disease.
Dr. Le was born and raised in San Francisco. She received her Bachelors Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. She attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and continued her studies at the University of Florida for specialty training in Orthodontics.
Dr. Le lives in our community with her husband, Lam. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, and her extended family. She is a health and fitness enthusiast and loves to geek out on anything related to wellness and weightlifting.

Brittany joined our team as a clinical assistant in early 2019. She is an RDA with general dentistry experience, and was thrilled to shift her focus to orthodontics. Brittany has a calm but enthusiastic sparkle to her personality. We appreciate her ability to connect with our patients while using her skills to create a patients best Sheffield Smile. When not in the office, Brittany loves spending time with her husband and two sons. Fun fact about Brittany - both she and her husband attended the same schools since elementary school, but didnt meet until after graduation.
Brittney joined our team as a clinical assistant in 2019. She had more than four years experience as an RDA in general dentistry, and also has the distinction of being a former patient in our office. She loves to be part of creating Sheffield Smiles for the next generation of patients. When not in the office, Brittney loves to spend time with her son. A couple fun facts about Brittney, she is a local girl, who graduated from Freedom High School.
Debbijoined our team in late 2021 and is our sterilization and records assistant. She has a lot of customer service experience, and is a person of many talents. While her main focus is to help our clinic team run smoothly in the afternoons, you may also see her helping our front team with phones or patient check in. Debbi likes to spend her free time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She loves home interior design and shopping. She also enjoys baking sweet treats for friends and family.
Kaila joined our team as a scheduling coordinator in the summer of 2020. If you receive a text from our office, you have a 50-50 chance that it has come from Kaila. When she isnt in the office, Kaila loves spending time with her two boys. She is active with East County Little League, and thrives when she is serving others in the community. She also has a creative streak, so if you need artistic inspiration, Kaila is our go-to. She spends her free time playing the piano, painting, and tending to her new house.
Kristijoined our team as a scheduling coordinator in early 2021. She has transitioned flawlessly into our office, and is quickly getting up to speed on all the ortho jargon. Kristi is a great mom to three almost-adult kids, and in her spare time loves to spend time with family and friends. She is the second half our our incredible texting and scheduling duo when you enter our office. Kristi enjoys bike riding, wine tasting and shopping.
Morganoriginally joined our team in 2015 as a part time sterilization assistant in our clinic. Within a year, Morgan had transitioned to a full time RDA position. Her attention to detail has made her an invaluable asset to our clinical team. She has many magical talents, and is also a true Harry Potter aficionado. Fun fact, her adorable pooch is named Harry Potter. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and cheering for her daughters team at soccer games. In addition to Harry Potter, Morgan loves all things related to Walt Disney.
Rocio has been working in the field of orthodontics since 1998, with most of those years spent in our office. Rocio is committed to excellence in patient care and creating a comfortable experience. Rocio is married to Tim, and together they have three wonderful children. In her spare time, Rocio enjoys watching her kids play sports, spending time with her family, going to Giants games, and completing home improvement projects around the house.
