We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Dr. Shelley Shearers goal is to provide her patients with the best dental experience and results possible. Along with her compassionate team, Dr. Shearer treats each one of her patients with the same care and compassion she would give to her own family. She considers it her mission to change the way people think about dentistry.

Dr. Shearer attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate studies and then the University of Louisville for dental school. Dr. Shearer has volunteered for KY Operation Bright Smile, the KY State Fair Sealant program and as an externship instructor for the AHEC program. She has served as a Missionary dentist in the Dominican Republic as well as an educator and off-site instructor for dental students at U of L School of Dentistry. Dr. Shearer is a current member of the Shinkle Society for The Childrens Home of NKY.

After practicing in Louisville for several years she moved to Northern Kentucky upon her marriage to Dr. Clay Shearer. Dr. Clay Shearer is a Dermatologist at The Dermatology Center. The couple enjoys spending time with their family, outdoor activities, running and working out.

Dr. Pamela Walden attended the University of Louisville for dental school. After practicing in Louisville for five years she relocated to Northern Kentucky with her husband, Dr. Eric Walden. Dr. Eric Walden is a dentist, specializing in Endodontics. When Dr. Walden is not practicing dentistry she is spending time with her husband and two children.

She was born and raised in Spain and has been studying and working in the United States for over 20 years. She is married to Dr. Bryan Krol, an Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon with Head and Neck Surgery Associates, PSC, in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Rojas has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry over 15 years in Northern Kentucky.

Shannon, RDH is a registered dental hygienist. Shannon graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and practiced in Indiana before relocating to Florence. Shannon is certified in local anesthesia, general supervision, and laser debridement. Prior to hygiene training, she was a dental assistant for several years with experience in fillings, crowns, bridges, TMJ disorders and sleep apnea appliances. Shannons years of dental experience are of great value to the dental practice and our patients.

Amanda, RDH is a registered dental hygienist in Kentucky and Ohio. Amanda is a 2011 graduate of The University of Cincinnati. She has been working in our office since graduating hygiene school. Amanda is certified in local anesthesia, general supervision, and laser debridement. Prior to hygiene school, Amanda was a dental assistant for 3 years. Amanda was the perfect addition to our expanding office. Her co-workers and patients have truly come to love her. She is very sweet and takes pride in her job. She loves getting to know her patients and will take extra time to make them feel at ease and answer any questions they may have.

Meghan, RDH is a registered dental hygienist in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Meghan graduated top of her class in dental hygiene from Indiana University in 2014 and is also certified in local anesthesia and general supervision. Meghan has always loved the dental field because she loves getting to know and help people. Meghan recently moved from Columbus, Ohio with her husband, baby daughter and puppy. She is excited for this new adventure in her family's life and looks forward to getting to know her new patients. In her free time Meghan loves to travel, spend time with her family and cheer on her alma mater, Indiana University.

Michele - Michele, RDH is a registered dental hygienist in Kentucky and Indiana. Michele is certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She graduated dental hygiene school from the University of Cincinnati. Micheles favorite part about her job is helping people and getting to know each of her patients. In her free time, she enjoys sending time with her husband and fur baby outdoors. Her and her husband will be welcoming their first child in May 2021.

Emily -Emily, RDH is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduate from the University of Cincinnati. Emily is certified in nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. She truly enjoys educating her patients and helping them understand the importance of taking care of their teeth. Emily is patient and willing to do whatever it takes to make her patients feel comfortable and more relaxed in the dental chair. In her free time she enjoys working out with her long time boyfriend and taking care of their fur babies (cats), Bella & Rambo.

Angie, EDDA is a Registered Expanded Duties Dental Assistant and has been working with Dr. Shearer since she opened her practice. She is here to make your dental visit as pleasant as possible. As an RDA, she will help you understand your dental procedures and assist the doctors with planning and implementing your treatment plan. In her spare time she enjoys taking care of her daughter and son.

Sara, EDDA is a Registered Expanded Duties Dental Assistant in both Indiana and Kentucky. Sara graduated from International Business College in 2011. She enjoys making sure patients are comfortable as well as educating patients during their treatment. In her free time Sara enjoys spending time outdoors, such as biking, with her husband.

DJ is one of the smiling faces you see when you arrive to our office. DJ is our insurance coordinator and is happy to answer any insurance or billing needs. DJ recently moved to NKY three years ago but brings over 6 years of dental experience to our team. DJs favorite aspect of her job is seeing the difference we make in our patients' lives. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and adorable dog, Stitch!
