I took my daughter to have her wisdom teeth extracted and the office staff was very efficient and professional. Dr Labart was able to put my daughter at ease and the entire process went as smoothly as possible.

My 11 year old daughter was in excellent care with Dr. Labart and his amazing staff. From the minute we walked in the door until the minute we left, we were treated with kindness. Dr. Labart and his assistant were reassuring, calm, and jovial, while carefully talking to my daughter about the procedure. Their caring demeanor made the procedure a breeze! We will definitely use Dr. Labart and his team in the future!

My teeth have been bothering me for some time now and I feel so much better after having them removed. The Dr. was gentle and made sure I was aware of the process. The staff made it quick and easy. Also LOVE the new updates :)

Very pleasant considering I had 3 extractions and bone grafts. They were very professional and unlike other reviews I've read everyone was super nice.

It was an awful experience. They gave me shots before removing my tooth in a long process piece by piece. They would not put me asleep as they "don't so that" for extractions. They also did not use any gas to calm me down even though they were warned in advance that I had extreme issues with anxiety. It was painful but I could not say anything as they asked me when they were in the process and had a ton of junk in my mouth, I will never again go here! I will look for someone who cares to make it a trauma free experience.

Dr. Lambert was awesome! Very professional, courteous, caring, and thorough. His assistant, Amy, did an amazing job with my son! She made him feel safe and comfortable enough to get his extraction done without nitrous! Total miracle and glad to see my son be brave! The ladies at the front were also very helpful and nice, in person as well as on the phone! I will absolutely refer people to Dr. Lambert's office!

I brought my daughter here to have her wisdom teeth removed. They showed her a video on what will happen if she doesn't remove them and then showed her the ex rays and explained the whole process to us so well! Stacy was especially great! We felt completely comfortable and like we were in good hands! Thank you Shawnee Oral Surgery staff!

I highly recommend Shawnee Oral Surgery. I've taken both of my children in for services. The office was clean, and inviting. My son was in college, so we had to jump through a lot of hoops with scheduling which is always difficult in specialty offices. We worked with numerous members of staff from the front desk to the office manager. Everyone was courteous, and extremely helpful in not only scheduling, but also explaining benefits and potential treatment options. Dr. Labart was kind, patient, and explained the procedures thoroughly. We will definitely return for any additional procedures!

Worst customer service ever. Very rude office manager. Doc was great but everyone else VERY RUDE. Do not go there unless you have to.

I will never, EVER recommend this place to anyone. I had my wisdom tooth removed in this place and even though I told the nurse that I would love to have the doctor prescribe me an antibiotic because I noticed I heal faster and better with it but the doctor just shrugged me off. He was facing his computer while the nurse told him about what I want and he just said that it's not necessary without even looking at me or asking me why I wanted to have an antibiotic. And now I have a PAINFUL INFECTION. Not on the extraction site but on the jaw bone, it's swollen as well as my glands and tomorrow I will go to emergency dental clinic to have this checked and will AGAIN pay for a service when this could have been avoided had the doctor listened and gave me antiobiotic in the first place. It's completely unfair when your doctor won't listen to the patient. I payed, and this is what I got in return. I plan to have my other wisdom teeth removed next month, and it will NOT be in this goddamed place.
