On the phone you talk to a person. If they say they will call back they do. Easy check in process. Friendly caring staff. Every step of exam explained, all options for treatment explained, all questions answered. Didn't feel like they were just trying to find ways to billget more money out of me. Best experience in a long time. Highly recommend

It's hard to find another dentist that you like. I am usually extremely anxious to go to a dentist. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Dr. Nelson is very good at what he does. He made sure that I was comfortable during my entire procedure and not in any pain. He was very gentle and I almost fell asleep. Thank you to this wonderful dentist and team.

Dr. Nelson is truly the best endodontist in the area. My husband was in need of a root canal, and the care provided was excellent. Dr Nelson 's knowledge, expertise, and patient care was phenomenal. My husband had a wonderful experience - from consultation, through treatment. He has a vey caring staff, as well.

I had never met Dr. Nelson before in my life and was referred to him. This man Dr. Nelson is so kind , respectful and knowledgable. with a great personality and smile to match. The greatest part of it all he is willing to share his intricate knowledge with you explaining in detail everything that developed to the point of you going there and beyond to the facts of prevention and future complications leading to your problem. So patient ....and pleasant including his staff and the receptionist Marylee. I highly recommend this fine upstanding man to anyone and EVERYONE ......5 STARS without a doubt.!!!

Dr Nelson is amazing!! I actually feel asleep during my root canal; he is so nice and made sure I was comfortable and he was so gentle! I did not even need pain killers.

Dr Nelson is the BEST!!! I was super nervous and had, had prior work that was painful. Dr Nelson totally made me feel comfortable for the root canal and there was zero pain!! He truly is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone . His bedside manner is fun, and super comforting and easy. This guy ROCKS!!!

I can't say enough how amazing, patient, understanding and compassionate Dr Nelson and his staff are. They fit me in on New Years Eve and skillfully cleaned and patched up my broken tooth. I can honestly say I look forward to returning to have the rest of my procedure completed.

Dr Nelson is the best. I have used other endodonists in KC and no one comes close to knowledge, courtesy, service, price, and office personnel. Hopefully I won't need another root canal but if I do I will definitely go to Dr Nelson again and would recommend him to my Mother if I had to.
