With all the recent life changes that COVID-19 has brought forth, we have adapted our practices in order to provide the safest, cleanest environment for our team members and patients. Our office is virtually paperless as well, which means less waste for our planet and more convenience for you.

Patient Financial InformationOnce the patient has a full understanding of the clinical needs to accomplish complete oral health, the patient concierge goes over the full investment fee, and estimated insurance benefits. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible to our patients. We submit all information needed by their insurance plan. Most dental plans are accepted and processed by us. Due to the uniqueness of each benefit plan, the patient concierge will explain the steps for your particular treatment plan needs. Major credit cards and CareCredit are also accepted.

After receiving her dental degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2004, Dr. Bustamante furthered her education by attending a General Practice Residency program at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL between 2004-2005. She received intensive training in areas including dental implants, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, sedation, and internal medicine.
