OFFICE MANAGERMiriam is the Office Manager here at Century City Smiles and Orthodontics and her main role is to oversee the office operations. She is committed to making the experience in the dental office a positive one. She has been in the field of dentistry for over six years and has vast knowledge of most insurances and benefits offered. She works on behalf of the patients to make sure that they understand all aspects of their benefits and will provide detailed breakdown of all costs involved prior to initiating treatment. In her spare time Miriam enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family and friends as well as her involvement with various community outreach programs.
LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANTKathy is the lead dental assistant for Century City Smiles and Orthodontics. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years in the Pasadena and Los Angeles areas. She is an expert in dental materials and is constantly improving the products and services that Dr. Saidian uses. She oversees making sure that all supplies are properly sterilized and ensures that the office upholds the utmost standard in cleanliness. Kathy has a season pass to Disneyland and makes sure to go there as much as she can. In her spare time she enjoys camping, spending time with her family and friends.
FRONT DESK COORDINATORPricila is the Front Desk Coordinator here at Century City Smiles and Orthodontics. Her main job is to verify and secure all matters pertaining to patient insurance and billing. She makes sure that everything related to finances is explained to the patient prior to the start of any treatment. In her spare time Pricila enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
DENTAL HYGENISTAvishag Poratti is the dental hygienist here at Century City Smiles and Orthodontics. Shehas 3 years of experience with patient care in the dental field.She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from West Los Angeles College. Patient care isher ultimate focus.Shelistens carefully to each person and addresses his and her concerns. Her goal is to make you feel accepted here and leave with a great, confident smile. To Avishag, there is no greater feeling than making a positive difference in one's life. Outside workshe loves spending time withher husband and baby Lior, as well as working out.
PATIENT COORDINATORAbi joined our team a year ago and is our Patient Coordinator here at Century City Smiles and Orthodontics. Her experience is used daily in helping patients understand their treatment process, insurance coverage, and if needed assists Dr. Shawn. She goes above and beyond to help our patients have a great experience here. Away from work, Abi spends her time going on road trips with her friends and family and is a very talented artist.

I had an incredibly easy and comfortable experience having my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Shawn. He truly cares for his pacients and, as someone who has seen seen so many dentists before him, Dr. Shawn provides the best dental services.

I been to 6 dentist is Los Angeles, this has been my best experience, I'm a person with 1 million questions and the answered 2 million questions for me. Wasn't forced to do anything extra that I did not want to do, things were recommended but not forced at all. I have been to other dentist that day out must do a bone graph (with is 500$ out of pocket that insurance does not pay) on a tooth extraction or else they will not do the procedure and similar other practices like this but here I was given recommendations and options which was totally up to me. Very good place great staff, I'm being real, usually I just write bad reviews lol but for once I was surprised so It was worth doing one. I recommend to others and I will continue going here!

The staff was so welcoming, organized & kind. I made an appointment to replace my old veneers which is a more difficult process since it involves removing the old ones. I was nervous about it but Dr. Saidian was a real expert, caring and actually a perfectionist! I just love the results! Thanks Dr. Saidian.

Dr Saidian was very helpful when I needed to see him for an emergency and after the consultation he referred me to an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction. He even called that Dr and made sure he could see me right away. So thank you for helping me yesterday as it saved me from further pain and injury. Thank you

I sincerely appreciate the honesty, care and professionalism Dr. Shawn Saidian and his staff provided at my first visit with them. There is usually an arduous process with on boarding new patients but Dr. Saidian's office streamlined all of that digitally, and handled insurance without any headaches. Dr. Saidian's bedside manner will have you feeling like family. He also spent time educating me on what my X-rays/images were showing, which I never knew. Highly recommend anyone take their dental needs to this office. Thank you so much!

Dr. Saidian was amazing! This is the first dental office where I was not pressured with upselling. He was personable, knowledgeable, and gave me gentle suggestions and the entire staff did super friendly. I love the location that has free parking and very accessible to get to. I'll definitely be returning and referring my friends.

The office as well as the staff are put together & kind. I went in for a consultation and ended up proceeding with a treatment. The staff reassures you that they are there for your needs and to not hesitate if you need help with something. Normally a dentists office is a kids worst nightmare, I don't even flinch coming in here.
