I am a person almost 70 yrs of age, and I have to say in all my years of experiencing Drs offices and dentist offices, this had been the best experience I have had. From the girls in the reception area to the personnel in the back of that front door. From the front desk to the rear offices, and there are a few, and yes, Lisa is in all of them, and this is one of the best things that could happen, to all of us to be treated like we mean something to these people. I have had bad times with past dentists but I saw the add in the LI Advance about this Dr. Shawn Shannon. It took me a few months of looking at him in this paper before I got the nerve to walk in. Dr Shannon is not only a great Dentist he is a great person. Honest, patiant. He takes all the time to explain everything to you. He teachers you how to maintain good oral health so you don't keep having the same problems. He is the best.

The best experience I've had at a dentist's office and that's coming from someone who was always scared of visiting the dentist until I found this amazing office, I have sent all my family members to Dr Shannon because he's really an amazing doctor and really cares about his work ! You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients ! It's a great vibe from the moment you walk through the door , Krissy his assistant is always so kind !

I couldn't recommend Dr. Shannon more. He is an excellent and knowledgeable dentist and a kind person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always makes himself available to answer any questions or address any concerns you have. I have never had a bad experience in the 5+ years I've been a patient of his.

Dr. Shannon and his staff were extremely kind, competent, and patient with my many questions. Dr. Shannon carefully explained everything that needed to be done and made sure I understood the procedure and my options. And despite the early appointment (9 am on a Saturday!), their happy and friendly attitudes were able to make a dentist appointment enjoyable. I highly recommend this office.

I love going to this office. Dr. Shannon is so nice, caring and does great dental work! I also really like his staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Dr. Shannon explains what work needs to be done and educates me on why. I have never had a dentist do that before. They usually just tell me I need to get work done. Kristine his office manager also throughly explains what is covered by insurance and what is not and why. I fully understand what I will owe before getting work done. This is extremely important to me. I highly recommended Dr. Shannon and this dental office.

I have been going to the office for years always have a good experience. The Staff is extremely kind. Dr. Shannon is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he's doing and never rushes the appointment. The patients best interest is always their first priority.

I have been going to Dr. Shannon every 6 months since he took over Dr. Greens practice ! Every visit is very pleasant and I would recommend everyone and anyone who is looking for a personable oral check up, oral issue or just an outstanding cleaning. I leave his office feeling refreshed and look forward to my next visit to make sure my teeth are up to par and well maintained. I am never afraid to share my concerns or thoughts with him cause he will always give me an honest response. 10/10 and if you don't believe my review, try him out for yourself. Dr. Shannon is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have always had bad experiences with dentists and he has such a calming way about him. It makes me feel very comfortable going to his office. Since getting married and having kids my whole family now goes to Dr. Shannon. My kids love riding in the dentist chair and are never afraid when we tell them they have to go to the dentist. They love the little goody bag they get with toothbrushes and floss when they are done with their appointments as well. It is very hard to find a great dentist. Dr. Shannon is the dentist you want for your family. He is passionate about his profession and truly makes you feel at home in his office.
