Our Clinical Staff is made up of highly qualified dental assistants who function well as a team, working to provide our patients with a safe, healthy environment for treatment. Continuing education is a priority, and all professional staff members attend several training courses each year to upgrade their skills and introduce themselves to the latest advancesin dental treatment.
Our Administrative Staff is well trained and ready to assist our patients. Like our clinical staff, our office employees share a philosophy of dental health and patient care based on a genuine concern for the well-being of each individual we serve. To continually serve our patients better, the administrative staff also attends various seminars during the year.
Our Professional Hygiene Staff is prepared to educate, train and motivate our patients to co-discover their dental needs, and to also become co-therapists through raising their level of appreciation of quality dentistry.
Dr. Morris has been practicing dentistry since 2001. Hegraduatedfrom University of Detroit Mercy Dental School. Dr. Morris completed his undergrad at Eastern Michigan University with B.S. in Biology and Biochemistry, andcompleted a two year general practice residency at the VA Hospital Ann Arbor Healthcare System. Hecontinues to work part-time as a staff dentist there. Dr. Morris, loves sports cars, classic cars and racing He also loves playing music, and learning different instruments especially guitar. Other interests include hiking, camping and fishing.
Dr. Simmons has been practicing dentistry since 2001 after graduating from University of Detroit Mercy Dental School. Dr. Simmons completed his undergrad at Eastern Michigan University with B.S. in Biochemistry and Toxicology. He then completed a one year residency at the VA Hospital Ann Arbor Healthcare System. Dr. Simmons loves spending time with his family, a son and 2 daughters. He also plays hockey, enjoys golfing. He also loves spending time landscaping, fishing, traveling, and the great outdoors.
Mary grew up in the Livonia area. Mary graduated in 1983 from Wayne State University in biology, and then continued onto University of Michigan in 1985 for dental hygiene. Mary has been working at our practice since 1987! She Loves all types of art and music, loves trying different kinds of wine (red is a favorite), loves scrap booking, nature, loves spending time with family and friends. Mary has two sons.
Andrea grew up in Dearborn Heights area and started as a dental assistant here in 1992 and returned as a hygienist aftergraduatingfrom University of Michigan. Andrea is an avid scrap booker, loves watching her son and daughter play sports, likes reality shows, spending time with family in Ludington and has a cat that she found trying to get into the back door of our dental office!
Amy grew up in the Westland area and started as a dental assistant here from 1995-1999. Amy then went on to University of Detroit Dental School for dental hygiene and has worked as a hygienist here since 2001! Amy is a foodie, loves music, hanging out and playing in the D, outdoor fun, paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends in Caseville. Amy is also a dog-lover.
Lisa grew up in the Livonia and Redford area. Lisa has worked in the dental field since 1990. In 1999 she started here as a dental assistant and in 2006 moved to the front desk area, and then in 2017 has become office manager. Lisa enjoys camping, working in her flower garden, going to movies and spending time with her family, friends and 2 dogs.
Arlene is from the Livonia and Dearborn area. Arlene started as dental assistant right out of high school. After raising a family she rejoined the workforce as a receptionist in Dearborn, then here since 1987. Arlene enjoys ballroom dancing, flowers, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and her 5 granddaughters.
Tamara grew up in this area and started assisting here in 1999. Tamara then became x-ray certified and a certified dental assistant. Tamara loves gardening, and does our beautiful flowers around the office building. She worked at Greenfield Village. Tamara loves spending time with her two boys and two dogs, and enjoys camping.
Melissa grew up in this area. After raising family (4 children) became a dental assistant in 1998. Has worked in general dentistry and in a periodontal office. Melissa is x-ray certified. Melissa started working with us in 2018. Her Interests include reading, camping, country music, going to any beach, and therapeutic essential oils. She loves pets (has 2 dogs).
Dana is from the Dearborn area. Dana has 17 years dental assisting experience and started working with us in 2016. Dana also bar-tended in a music venue in the Detroit area. She loves antiques, estate sales, reading, gardening, and is an animal enthusiast (has 1 cat and 3 dogs). She used to provide care for foster dogs.
Jeanne is from the Redford and Plymouth area. Jeanne has 25 years of bookkeeping experience with background in aviation and property management. Jeanne enjoys flying (has a pilots license), trying out different restaurants, traveling and boating. She also has two cats.

I've been a patient of this Dental Practice for almost 50 years. The people are first rate. Kind, professional, and always put the patient first. In particular, their adherence to schedule for all these years has been spot on. And I would be remiss if I didn't note that their techniques and services reflect the best, most current trends in modern dentistry.

Best place on earth for dental care! Lisa at the front desk is the best and Amy cleaning your chompers is super awesome!! Everyone is friendly and cares about your health and well being. Dr Morris does a great job at keeping things painless and professional. Highly recommend this practice!!!

Very experienced staff, Lisa goes out of her way handling the insurance nuances. The skill level of the dentist is the best I've ever had when I needed my last crown. As pleasant as dental office experiences can be.

I moved to the area and was looking for a closer dentist. Due to reviews and closest option we decided to go here. The staff was friendly but I do believe money hungry. I guess I had a cavity a small one that they still thought was best to schedule a filling. I rarely get cavities and I didn't even notice any pain. I was afraid I was going to be losing my job soon so I figured I'd get it done while I still had insurance. The dentist was very aggressive and practically drilled my whole tooth away so close to the roots. I got the cap and it was worse than It was before I had the drilling. Found out it had a crack in it so I was able to get it replaced but now my tooth is sensitive all the time. I regret getting it done, especially when it wasn't a problem at the time but they where pushy with it as well so I figure why not. I haven't been back. Especially with COVID im sure they will try to get money for every tooth they can with the lost of business. I'll probably need a root canal all over a painless cavity they said I had. Pros: friendly staff and personal. They try to remember your family and events from previous visits. Pricing I guess seemed fine Cons: aggressive and felt procedures like cavities where pushed even when not necessary at the time. Previous Dentist would suggest it but would say if there is no pain then we will wait. Therefore will not return.

I really want to like this place as the staff has been mostly kind, especially the hygienist, but after my last visit I'm convinced this place has poor practices and won't be returning. Going in for a routine cavity fill shouldn't have been so awful, but not only could they not get me numb and the entire process was extremely painful, they gave me epinephrine without even telling me. After I proceeded to have a panic attack from my heart racing, they decided to let me know they did that to make me numb quicker.(it didn't. I got numb on the car ride home.) I have a heart murmur. You need to let your patients know what your injecting them with, as I would of told you no.

Very professional dentist office. My husband and I have been going to Dr.. Simmons for forever and he has always taken real good care of us. If we have a question on anything he takes the time to talk to us. I love my hygienist Amy, she always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is so nice in the office. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Very good dentist- caring gentle but detail oriented. I don't get sold a lot of extra services unless I want them. My teeth are cleaned very well and all other services have been great over the years. I highly recommend.

It took me a while to find a really good dentist and I have to give this place a five star. I got a couple of reminders prior to my appointment. The staff were very efficient in scheduling and getting my information. My dental hygienist was very thorough with checking and cleaning. She was considerate and always tells me what she will do next. She was very knowledgeable and really cared for me as her patient. My dentist was friendly, professional and also very thorough. Gave me time to ask questions or if I had concerns. The clinic was clean and I had a place to put my purse and jacket and the tv was a plus while I sat on the dental chair.

Dr. Simmons and his staff are awesome! Polite, quick, and they know what they're doing. From the front desk to the patient rooms, every step of the process is easy and painless. I've been coming here all my life for cleanings, fillings, and even a dental implant- and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

Always professional, courteous, and flexible. Hygenists are so knowledgeable, friendly & compassionate while maintaining professionalism. Thoroughly explain each step they're doing. Temperature taken upon arrival, masks required by patients, full PPE worn by hygenists. Consistently excellent care by Dr. Simmons and Morris. Personalized care, work with you if you desire homeopathic remedies/alternatives. Also, flexible payment plans Available. You won't regret a visit to this office.

Dr. Simmons, Lisa, and the rest of the staff here are absolutely the best. I initially came from a recommendation from a family member and even after moving 2 hours away- I still make the trip back here! Dr. Simmons has given me the smile I have always dreamt of. He is so knowledgable and cares about his patients. Lisa is also so helpful! All around a wonderful dental office with great staff.

I can't say enough about this office! Everyone is friendly and professional. Everyone takes time with you and. They are sensitive to any concerns you may have. They have taken all the necessary steps to ensure a safe environment by following all the COVID-19 guidelines. I see Dr. Simmons and he is so awesome!

Very nice facility that is always clean. The staff is kind and my appointments have always been right on time. The quality of dental craftsmanship is A+. The only problem is they dont have the paper airplanes I used to get there as a child.
