Just want everyone know that if you have a emergency like a absence and need a tooth pulled. This doctor does not care. I was told that they can't see me for a month . Sad.

Call center representative is rude. Poor customer service. Says "call back @1:30 then hangs up on you"

I called with an emergency for a tooth that fell out and I couldn't find a place that could take me in. I explained on the phone how I am in so much pain and the lady on the phone was very nice and said out of courtesy she'll let dr. Shaw know. I got a call from him that was extremely rude saying since I'm not a patient he won't help me, I was under the impression they did emergencies so I was just calling around to get help. I understand it's a Saturday but I did not need a rude call from a dr that is supposed to be professional. Never calling them again.

Great practice and great billing. They worked with us by giving us 6 months to pay instead of 3. No interest either.

After several negative experiences with dentists in the Valley, I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Shaw and his staff. The front desk ladies treated me with dignity and respect and Dr. Shaw was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a tooth extracted and Dr. Shaw's and his dental assistant kept me calm by explaining each step.

When I arrived to Dr. Shaw's office it was a very inviting environment, the lady at the counter was nice. I had arrived to remove four wisdom molars. Dr Shaw and his team gave a good consultation and quick assessment of what was needed to be done. On surgery day, I followed Dr. Shaw's instructions and was prepped for the surgery. I was given anesthetics via gas. I was immediately knocked out within like 5 seconds.. was trying to battle the anesthetics, but I lost lol. If I remember correctly the surgery only last between 1 hour to 1:30 hours, was still drowsy from the surgery, but got no pain. When I had arrived home with my chauffeur, they told me I just fell asleep right away and seemed fine. When I awoke there was blood on the gauze, but nothing severe. Followed Dr. Shaw's and his team's instructions and properly applied new gauze and rinse with a saline solution. Note this: I was pain-free and no swelling throughout my whole healing process, the surgery was for four molars--it blows my mind to this day. I was given hydrocodone, but never did I once use it. I'm not sure why I was pain-free, but it was probably because the surgery was done with immense care and precision. After a couple days passed I was blood free and the wound sites were closing in on themselves. To this day I feel no pain, no numbness, and no discomfort. I am able to palpate my jawline and face with no nerve pain or loss. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaw and his staff for any newcomers. Thanks Dr. Shaw and Staff!

This Dentist sucks, they have you wait for over an hour after your scheduled appointment to be accommodated for a consult. And then my daughters procedure date came. we had to wait again for almost an hour to be prep for the procedure, and to our disappointment, he had his secretary tell us that he could not do the procedure because he can't find a vein and my daughter was dehydrated. That is really a well done customer satisfaction. He didn't even came out to see us and explain personally why. This is not a good reason for him to cancel the procedure and waste our time. I could tell you, I work in a critical care unit, I've seen pt like my daughter who you can hardly find one, no matter what time, day or how hydrated a person is. You won't find one, that's what we call a hard stick. He didnt even try accessing an IV in the antecubital vein. Seriously I could even stick an IV line in on a pt. having a cardiac arrest. If can I post this without a star I would, he doesn't deserve one.

Recently got a referral and looking forward to seeing Dr. Shaw. Ladies there are great friendly and professional, however can't say that about the Exchange answering services they use. I'll gladly give honest feedback and truth to both sides of the issue we recently had. Waiting to speak to the ladies Monday and confirm the insurances will be accepted.
