Dr. Andy Ingersoll is from a small town in Utah. He went to American Fork High School where his grandfather was his biology teacher, principal and best friend. Growing up, he wanted to be either a teacher like his grandfather or a professional golfer. However, when his 20+ handicap wouldnt get him into professional golf, he decided to pursue other interests.
After high school, Dr Andy lived in France for a couple of years as a missionary for his church. Later, Dr. Andy attended Brigham Young University, graduating with a degree in French and minor in Business.
Dr. Andys great-grandfather was also a dentist, and his interest in dentistry started when he visited his grandfathers office that was in the basement of his grandfathers home. He remembers thinking that with all those cool tools that dentists get to use, dentists must have the best job ever.
Dr. Andy chose to attend dental school in Cleveland, OH, where he attended Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine. He graduated dental school in 2010, and upon graduation, he was awarded the Deans Clinical Achievement Award for being one of the top clinicians in his dental class.
Following graduation, Dr. Andy completed an arduous Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska. This residency strengthened Dr. Andys skills in advanced dentistry procedures.
Following residency, the Air Force transferred the Ingersoll family to England where they served a three-year tour at RAF Lakenheath, near Cambridge, UK. Dr. Andy thoroughly enjoyed serving his country in the United States Air Force and contributed greatly to the mission of the 48th Dental Squadron.
While in the Air Force, Dr. Andy particularly enjoyed his time in the pediatric clinic. He had so much fun working with and treating the children who were stationed with their parents in England that he decided to pursue additional training in pediatric dentistry.

The staff and overall experience was amazing!! If you are looking for a great place to take your child, this is the place. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere! Shoutout to Erma and Dr. Ingersoll for treating us like family.

The staff and facility are both excellent! My two year olds first dentist visit went extremely well- the perfect way to have a lifetime of healthy teeth! The hygienist was very gentle and communicative w my son and the doctor as well. Can't say enough good things about this dental office!! Oh- wait - I can- their front office is extremely helpful as well!! Thank you all, glad we found you.

This place is amazing. Dr Andy and their staff are incredibly experienced with kids and they are so accommodating. My little one (6 year old) got her teeth fixed within an hour and the doctor personally called to check on her. Much appreciated!

Dr. Andy was excellent with my baby! Due to stranger anxiety, my kid started crying the moment he got there, but he left there with all smiles. Loved the way he cared, and navigated the whole visit.

We brought our one-year old in for the first time today and Dr. Andy was patient, kind, and wonderful at making him feel comfortable! Staff was so welcoming, too! We're looking forward to our next visit in 6 months!

I have a 4 year old that became combative during dental work at another provider, it was a very traumatic experience. Shasta kids dental was very caring and understanding they were able to build trust so my son feels not only comfortable, but is actually excited about seeing the dentist. Dr Ingersoll was very personable, him and his staff were amazing about making sure the process was understood so well that I had no questions we even received a follow up call checking on Dominick to make sure he was doing well. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Absolutely the best place to take kids, my son is scared to death because of a bad past experience and in the first visit he is happy no crying no freaking out he loves Irma so much and he likes the whole experience, he says he feels safe and not scared to clean and fix his teeth. Fingers crossed for next visit! I know they will help him and not push him too far, and they are very gentle and kind. 100% if you have a choice.

I absolutely love this office! My daughter went in for her first time at the dentist and they did so well with her! The nurse was so sweet and explained everything to her so well and made her comfortable before doing anything with her teeth and dr Andy was great too. Highly recommend for your little.

Our 2 year old son just had his first visit here today. Dr.Andy had his staff were amazing with him! The office was clean and comfortable. They answered all of our questions and were super welcoming. We would definitely recommend them!
