Dr. Mindy Brown was born and raised here in Klamath Falls. She graduated from both Henley High School and OIT. In fact, she was the first person from OIT to be accepted to OHSU Dental School in Portland.
While in college at OIT Dr. Brown began her dental career as a dental assistant in public health in Klamath County where she returned to work as a dentist immediately after graduating dental school. She then went on to practice in the Medicaid population. After a couple of years, she left Klamath County to pursue more training in a large group before being given the great opportunity to return to Klamath Falls and practice dentistry.
Community is a very important part of Dr. Browns life. She has been committed to supporting our community with various volunteer activities and giving projects. She believes that this community has given her a lot of valuable experience, values, and love. She is excited to be able to give back to the community by providing quality, compassionate dentistry to our community.
Naomi is originally from Gilroy, CA eventually moving to Klamath Falls and attending KCC. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, crafting, and shopping. The thing Naomi enjoys most about dentistry is seeing a patient with a confident smile and the joy we bring to our patients.
Kaylene is also born and raised in Klamath Falls and graduated from KU. In her spare time she enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her family. The thing she enjoys most about dentistry is the journey to oral health for our patients and getting great results.
Marianna is originally from Bonanza and graduated from Bonanza High School. In her spare time she enjoys raising her baby girl, crafting with her Cricut, and spending time with family and friends. The thing Marianna enjoys most about dentistry is being able to be involved and reach out to the community for all their dental needs.
Christina is from Klamath Falls and graduated from Henley High School. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, making holiday crafts with her twin sister, and spending time with her large family. The thing she enjoys most about dentistry is getting to know new people and teaching little ones how to care for their teeth.

A great group of people. Very friendly and very capable professionals. Dr. Brown is a very skilled dentist and her staff is very knowledgable. I would recommend her for your dental needs.

Everyone in the office is very professional, caring and friendly. Dr. Brown is very compassionate and knowledgeable. All my dental procedures are always explained and pain free! Highly recommend Shasta Family Dental.

This dental clinic does not adhere to COVID-19 public health safety precautions as of March 10, 2021. Neither staff nor patients were masked in the waiting room. I would have liked to have known their safety protocol before scheduling. I'll make the effort to call dentists ahead of time in the future to check that they abide by the health guidelines - I honestly hadn't considered this scenario.

I just happen to be at Shasta Family Dental when a LADY came in with a mask. As patients we are not required to wear a mask unless we want to. When we are being worked on the Dr. and techs have masks on!! This lady apparently wears a mask, probably in the car also. When she came in I was the only one in the waiting rm. Its not right to judge because your insecure. Dr. Brown and staff do FOLLOW the guide lines To the Tee. Just because this lady has her guidelines don't try and make them ours!!!!

Mindy and her staff (my hygienist is Stacie) are awesome. They are easy to deal with and take time to answer questions. Got a same day appointment for an emergency crown. Love them!

I didn't realize how unsatisfactory my old dentist was until I switched over to Shasta Family Dental. They made me feel safe and comfortable. They even explained my bill and broke it down for me so that I understood. Plus, they helped me come up with a payment plan. It is the little touches that stand out to make this place superior. I can tell how much they care. So keep this place in mind when you are looking for a good dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone.

10/10 would recommend. The staff and atmosphere at Shasta Family Dental are all above and beyond professional. From the front desk, to the chair, and back out the door, they treated me like family the whole way.

This is by far the best dental office in Klamath Falls! I have sever anxiety with going to the dentist especially with getting fillings...after switching to Shasta Dental my anxiety is slowly going down with each visit and the care I receive each time is absolutely amazing! The staff truly cares and the environment is welcoming. You feel like more then just a patient at Shasta Dental and that is a pretty special thing. Thank you for making me enjoy the dentist again

If your on OHP beware you'll get as few a appointments in a year as they are contracted to provide and if you have a need you want addressed first you will be looked at like you don't know anything because she routine for OHP clients she works from one side to the other so if an ohp client wants to do there front teeth first it doesnt matter she plays it off like it the most important but her nurse gave it away it's just how she does things and nothing will change her mind

Understaffed need at least 2 more dentists in this office ,dont bother calling scheduled out 5 months and won't take emergencys

Stacie is an amazing hygienist who takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. Dr. Brown is just as compassionate and does not try to sell unnecessary services. I truly feel they have my best interest at heart.

Love this place. The people and staff were very friendly and polite and courteous. The dentist was very knowelagble and made feel comfortable and at ease. I very much recommend the place to everyone.

Absolutely rude. Was calling about out of pocket pricing and the receptionist was like "Do you need to make an appointment? If this is a survey, I really do not have time to go though one." Before I could even finish reiterating my inquiry, she said "Okay, thank you," and hung up. If this is the manner of their front staff, I'd hate to have serious work done there. Especially during a pandemic.
