Dr. Alex Sharp is a proud native of Cabot, having graduated with High Honors from CHS in 2007, where he was also captain of the basketball team. Dr. Sharp went on to graduate from UCA Honors College, with a degree in Biology, Spanish, and Interdisciplinary Studies, and was then accepted into the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Following his graduation, Dr. Sharp returned to Arkansas, where he practiced in Searcy, Little Rock, and North Little Rock, prior to purchasing his practice in 2018!
A perpetual student of his craft, his professional interests include: earning more than 100 hours of dental continuing education credits each year, offering comprehensive dental care to the entire family, exploring the link between nutrition and oral health, promoting dental literacy in his community, and, most of all, delivering high-level dentistry in the community he loves.
In his free time, Dr. Sharp enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exercising, playing guitar, and reading personal development books. Dr. Sharp is also a shameless nerd, who enjoys all things science fiction.
Dr. Julian Firman grew up in Lawton, Oklahoma, and moved to Arkansas to attend Harding University on a football scholarship. During his time at Harding, he maintained high academic standing and was involved in various clubs and service eorts. He also served as captain of the Bison football team. He received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor concentration in youth and family ministry. After graduating, he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Firman is dedicated to serving the people of Cabot and the surrounding areas. Through his attention to detail and emphasis on patient education, Dr. Firman is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care. Dr. Firman lives in Cabot with his wife, Marideth, and their two children, Devin and Karli. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and watching movies or sports.

Myself and my kids went to Sharp's for the first time today and let me tell you it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. My hygienist and doctor were both informative and super friendly. My kids said they had a wonderful experience as well. We are fairly new to Arkansas and I am so happy and pleased we chose Sharp Family Dentistry as our family dentist. :)

I have been w Sharp Family Dental for over 4 yrs & I am extremely satisfied w their quality of care & service. I even recommended my dtr to them. I moved out of state in October, but came back to Arkansas to have them take care of me. I can't find a dental practice as good as them in Alabama!
