Absolutely awful. Could not be less helpful or more out of touch. Been a patient here for over a year, then moved out of state. ended up with extreme tooth pain before I could transfer insurance, so I called in the morning asking for an emergency tooth pull was given an appointment and drove 4 hours. Dentist refused saying I needed a root canal so he could save the tooth. I explained that was impractical because I live 4 hours away, he told me to go find someone else. No tooth pull no root canal no antibiotics no help.

Dr Sharmin is a good dentist. The same cannot be said about staff at the front desk. When you inquire to them, they will bang the phone on you. They even say you do not have to come as they will be getting paid. They are very rude. They speak rudely to you. The worst front desk you will go. Sharmin needs to change the staff that he has. I know a lot that have went to other services.

Best dentist ever been going here since I was 4 now I'm 25 and take my 2 kids here.. I Preferred this dentist over any other one.. they made my kids feel so comfortable to get they teeth clean..
