I can't say how much I appreciate Dr. Anand. This has been the best dentist I have seen in Long time. For someone who needed some pretty big work, and terrified of the Dentist, Dr. Anand Made me comfortable with the situation and did a great job. Prices are more than fair as well. Give this place a shot, you will be glad you did. I love this office. Front and Back office were very friendly and inviting.

Do not go to these people!! I went to them 2 and half years ago and they are claiming that I got Ortho treatments from them when I NEVER agreed to start at all. I went for a cleaning, mold sizing for Invisaline, and a referral. SCAMMERS. My provider informed me that they've BEEN paying them for treatments I never had. Now I have to go through hoops just to get back money they basically stole. I can't even go to another dentist because they've worn out my maximum. SHAME ON YOU.

Wrongfully billed my husband after three years. Called office to straighten out, and they would NOT look into the matter. Saying we owed when we didn't. Refused to work with insurance even after proof was provided that they were indeed paid and voucher was cashed from insurance company. Patient responsibility being zero. They applied our funds to another patients. Their error, not ours. Said they sent us to collections. DO NOT go here!!! They do not care about their patients or working with them to solve an issue. They have blocked my number, even though they were wrong!

So I left an honest but brutal review after seeing her same day. The next day I called because I was told that I had an infected tooth and I could not see the oral surgery or surgeon until November 3rd. So I called back to make sure I'm not supposed to have antibiotics. I had such time her lovely front office receptionist informed me that she will provide 30 days of emergent care but I have to find another dentist. I after that conversation received the actual letter via email stating such. My review had nothing to do with the doctor or the back office. It was truly only the front office receptionist. And all the other reviews on reading all are aimed and geared towards that front office not getting returned calls rudeness I've experienced that as well. But I would hope that the doctor will soon realize that she's losing patience good patience because of her front office. I like her I liked her back office staff and she was close to home but I won't be treated the way I'm treated by the front office. But apparently it's easier for this doctor to just give one of her patients than to pull the root in her office. Sad. She is a good dentist with a terrible receptionist.

I will never go to this place again. They pressured me to spend unnecessary money that my insurance could've paid them. Very clean place but they are all about the money

Awful. AWFUL. AWFUL! Would give 0 stars if possible. Sheena the billing manager is unprofessional, rude, and should not have any dealings with the public. I attempted to schedule an emergency appointment with a Tameka and was on hold for over 17 minutes before I was hung up on. When I called back, the rudest reception of Sheena answered, told me the first girl was new and made a mistake, that they couldn't service me for an emergency until "the end of March", then initiated an argument with me after I asked for the office manager (which she lied and said was on break then later said they did not have one ???). This level of unprofessionalism is becoming the norm and is not acceptable. As a nurse myself, I am deeply disappointed in the level of service I received just over the phone and would never subject myself and don't advise anyone else to ever subject themselves and their mouths to this office. Poor representation and this is why it is so difficult to support black-owned businesses. Smh

The dentist tells you that everything you need isn't covered by your insurance although your insurance says that it is. Deep cleanings, root canals, etc, all covered. And she won't do what you ask of her. If she doesn't want to do it, she says it not in her plans!!

I called to schedule an appointment, and I left a message with no call back. I called again, was put on hold and no one ever called back. I called a third time, and was put on hold again and no one called back. I've never stepped foot in their office, however the customer service at this point is terrible. Go somewhere else!

The front office answered the phone twice saying Hello instead of introducing the Practice name/Dr name. I had to ask if I was calling a Dental practice. (Very Unprofessional)! I proceeded to talk to the girl about my father that was coming in for his first treatment with them. I explained that my father was coming from a assistant living and was simply asking if certain visits could be divided up so it wouldn't be so hard on him. As I was further explaining she rudely interrupted me saying that I was trying to dictate how they run their practice and telling them how to do things. I came back with explaining my concerns for my father and I'm not telling anyone how to run a practice. As she got very Angry with me for no reason and decided to voice this out in front of whoever might have been in the front lobby listening, she ended with saying that my Dad should not come to his appointment. So I agreed and told her how Unprofessional she was being. I work at a Private Practice Dental Office in Tampa!!! And WOW!!!! How can someone work the front office and be so rude I don't know. I told her that us being in the same business she would consider the patients best interests and not accuse me of telling them what to do. This office really needs a strong hand for who they hired and who they Fire!!! This Dr will not have a business or future if someone like her is answering the phones. Send her my way so I can properly train her on 101 phone Adequacy My regards to the Dr, Sincerely Tampa
