Find yourself another dentist... This office was my go to since 2017-2018. Me and ALL my family members used to come here for everything. I was so loyal to this place that whenever someone mentioned a dentist I use to SELL this place that's how much I liked it here. But it has changed, service is not the same, ever since they moved to the new office it is near imposible to get a close appointment. Their times are crazyyy no flexibility or a late day - they need to consider that people work and it is very hard to take a day off... they only option for working people is Saturday and that is ALWAYS BOOKED. They don't even accommodate emergencies... I called because a family member of mine had a front tooth that came off I called like 2 months ago and they were supposed to call me back for the next appointment so she can come in... well I'm still waiting for that call...

First of all, their address has not been updated on this page, which is where new patients go to search information. They merely have a flimsy faded piece of paper taped to the door at their old address with a map on how to get to their new address. More importantly, after receiving multiple reminders of my appointment, when I finally found their location they said I didn't have an appointment. When shown the texts from them confirming the appointment, I got a blank stare (and did not get my teeth cleaned). I called Met Life to see what had happened; Share Dental Care had not updated their address so my information did not match with theirs, therefore my family was not listed with them. Met Life assured me that the associate that took my call provided a copy of eligibility on August 1, 2022, but since the dental office contact information was incorrect, it created an error and my information was not assigned correctly. Share Dental took no responsibility for this. Oh, and their new address is awful, no clear signage on the highway, old, ugly window doors, gross brown plastic pleather coverings on the door handles, and a small, loud office with an unpleasant, incompetent receptionist. In short, don't go there.

The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. I had a really bad experience with my family's care. They are very money driven and don't really bother with the quality of their care. Do not go here.

This dental office is the absolute best!! I never liked going to the dentist up until now. Great staff. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and ready to help you with questions and concerns you may have. Dentists are very friendly and knowledgeable . They definitely know their stuff. Had 2 root canals done and never felt anything. Great place to get your teeth taken care of.

If I could give them zero start I would have. My parents complaint in the past about the front desk person attitude for a particular lady and did tell me how they have different students performing on them which is causing consistency issue in the care. I decided to go with my mom today at the office to see what the whole fuss is. My mom had cleaning and the crown she had done from one of the student fell couple of weeks after she had them, she was gonna get that cemented. After getting her clenaing done I was asking my mom about the crown. She said they told her to come next time. I was just bit curious to dig into more and find out y it was not done at this appointment as we all have work and get time out to come to these appointments. When I asked the front desk lady she was like your mom didn't bring the crown for us to cement it . All I asked her is that if anyone told her that she need to bring the crown back . She said very rudely that yes it was mentioned to her and while my mom standing next to me refusing it in front of her. When I ask them to do to the more education and be more clear about the expectation and what to bring to the next appointment so it saves out time she jumped on my conversation and said we should read the Medicaid booklet before coming in. She said Medicaid covers it once in every five years and it's expected from elderly patients to read and know the Medicaid booklet.. it put me on fire and then it went on and on. This office only know how to print dollars and bill insurance companies . There is no education provided which should be the part of medical care. People are rude and insensitive staff. No manager or owner is there to look over and take any corrective actions. Also, when I was reading the reviews I realize they only respond to positive reviews and don't give f..k to the bad ones.. it's all about printing dollars not about quality care .. please make insane choices..

Horrible front desk staff. I was very patient and asking about why the payment for a procedure was wrong and if there may have been a mistake on their end - as my insurance confirmed it should be less. The lady who was talking to me didn't have an answer which was in line with what my insurance provider said, and said she just canceled my appointment instead even though I did not want to cancel it. Horrible call experience, needless to say I will be going to another dental office now.

I went in there for a normal root canal. I sat down the dentist wanted to start Novocain right away which is completely unacceptable but I had to stop him & ask him to apply numbing cream to the area first. ( some people like it some don't but always good to ask) he gave me the shot but as he was doing so he was shaking my cheek very very fast & harshly, ( this trick is used to distract the pt from the needle/ pain going in) but never have I seen nor had it done so roughly. He gave me to cartilages of Novocain. 2 mins later my face didn't feel right & was extremely swollen & not a normal feeling of just being numb. I looked in my phone mirror & told him something is wrong he told me it's normal until I said NO it's not! I told him I think I'm having An allergic reaction to the Novocain ( which I never did before ) but I asked what he used and wouldn't tell me he just said "the normal Novocain " All he said was "oh I must of hit a blood vessel, it happens " I have worked in dental offices many years never seen this happen not once !!! He showed no compassion. Once the Novocain wore off my mouth hurts so badly I can't eat open my mouth swelling will not go down he wanted nothing to do with it telling me " it will heal" do not go to this dentist ever !! My face has now been swollen for 10 hrs since. I called in pain at 430pm he didn't call me back till almost 6pm saying nothing he can do but call me back in a day

I would give negative stars. Worst Dentist office, unprofessional front desk staff Ms Patel. They don't know how to treat patients professionally, they didn't verify insurance and then expected the patient/family to do their job. Tried to have me pay out of pocket, when I complained how unprofessional this office is. Ms Patel refused to give me the referral from todays dental visit, refused to provide the information the dentist advised us to collect from the front desk in reference to dental work that is required. I have never heard of behavior like this, I cannot believe staff like this is even tolerated. It's a shame because the dentist has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Patel will address of all your concerns, no matter how minor. He goes out of his way to accommodate for his patients and provides exceptional care. Office is very welcoming.

What a Pathetic doctors office !they are a disgrace to their profession-impossible to get appointments/do not honor them /long wait times and then have the audacity to have a ridiculous dr do a 3 minute clean up ,left plaque and charge for insurance and me for that pathetic service -daylight robbery even by NJ standards!

The front desk attendants are really professional and friendly. The dentist and his assistant are "ok". I decided to switch dentists because I didn't feel like my questions were being heard. It's not the worst place ever, but also not the greatest.

Never ever go here. They don't have a good system to approve insurance, nor do their front desk know whats going on. For a fact my insurance was approved on Monday esp as my insurance card says Share Dental (you can't suddenly have an insurance card made), my appointment was cancelled by a phone call I never got, I then called back THREE times only to be told that there is no apt available until Jan. Trust the other bad reviews.

I had a cleaning today at the middletown office. Dr Paresh Patel is amazing. I've had some poor dental experiences in the past and this was a breath of fresh air. It's been a while since my last cleaning and I was a bit worried. Thank goodness I found them. Great experience all around.
