SOME PROFESSIONAL HISTORY: After graduating New York University College of Dentistry in 1999, Dr Dari began her career at Dentaland. She and her husband, Dr. Seth, aspired to open their own cosmetic dental practice and in 2000, bought a dental practice in West Palm Beach, Florida. Since then, they have opened three additional family dental offices in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Ft Pierce, Florida.
GREATEST PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT: Dr. Dari is a Top 1% Invisalign Diamond Plus Provider. She achieved this status within 6 months of signing up with Invisalign. This has never been achieved anywhere within the United States.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE: Dr Dari met her husband, Dr Seth, while attending New York University College of Dentistry. They now have two daughters: Samantha and Hailey. Dr Dari enjoys a good Pilates or Bikram yoga class on her spare time.
LOOKING FORWARD: Since having braces herself, Dr Dari understands first-hand the impact a great smile has on our self-esteem. She strives to deliver that perfect smile and loves seeing the satisfaction on her patients faces when their braces are removed.
SOME PROFESSIONAL HISTORY: After achieving my DDS, I began my career in Toronto, which is also where I was born and raised. After practicing for 5 years in Canadas brutal cold, I decided that I wanted to be a dentist in South Florida. So I moved to Miami and practiced dentistry for another 12 years.
I joined Shapiro Family Dentistry in 2019 and havent looked back. Working as a Palm Beach dentist in a multi-specialty practice gives me the opportunity to work with the latest technological advances in dentistry. Plus, I can continue to perfect my skills alongside the very best dentists in South Florida.
PROFESSIONAL GOALS: I have a strong commitment to my work, to my patients, and to the individual needs and concerns of each patient. I strive to provide exceptional dental care, to be a careful listener, and to always explain why my recommendations for dental treatments fit their individual needs. I am also committed to staying abreast with the latest techniques and state of the art technologies, and take continuing education classes regularly.

Office is clean and well organized. Lots of diagnostic equipment for the dentist to evaluate. Overall pleased with my experience. That being said. When making appointment Jessica was rude and seemed like I was wasting her time. I hesitated as a new patient to even proceed with the appointment but gave them a chance. She made an error with my birthdate and called me back saying my insurance was not valid. When we went over the details she had transcribed the date wrong but continued to blame me that I gave the wrong info, for my own birthday?. My experience at the office was great despite feeling pressured into expensive recommendations. Dr Wendy was thorough and professional. Claudia was amazing & Dee was phenomenal for my deep cleaning. The front desk staff that day was great but Jessica was conveniently absent or I would have discussed my experience with her directly. Unfortunately I will be searching for a new dentist due to Jessica's attitude. Prompt response from the office following my feedback I added a

Absolutely recommend them. I have allot of anxiety when it comes to dentists. The moment I walked in I felt at ease. The staff and Dr. Brown absolutely amazing. I am looking forward to my treatment journey with this great team.

Had a terrible experience with Jessica on the phone. She is rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for a root canal. Even though my bridge was started by another dentist, I figured MY dentist would be able to do a root canal! So I called and Jessica told me "no we are not going to do that" and the excuse was that they are "trying not to take my insurance", then she hung up on me. When I called back to speak to the manager she said she was not in the office today and that she did not hang up on me, which is a lie. So I called my insurance and they said that it is incorrect and they do accept my insurance. At this point I am pretty angry and can not understand why this woman was so rude and lied about the insurance coverage. There was no issues when I paid 500$ cash (aside from what my insurance paid) for a deep cleaning with them last month but as soon as I have a real problem you will not see me? Very unprofessional, rude, and, quite frankly, disrespectful. I hope this review helps someone make a better decision on which dentist they choose. I will call them back tomorrow and speak to Heather who is supposed to be the manager and at the very least get an apology for her rude staff. Needless to say I will never go back to them, not even for a cleaning and I will also let my friends, family, patients, and colleagues not to go there either. Hopefully they provide education to their staff about customer service. Shameful business practice. Reply to your comment: absolutely not what happened. First of all I am not unhappy with the work that the other dentist did. They do not take my insurance and you do! So naturally I would come to your office for a root canal. Also, just to be completely clear she never stated that I need a referral or anything that would insinuate that. She stated "we will not do that" and that "we are trying not to take that insurance". A root canal has absolutely nothing to do with the work I had done somewhere else. I am telling you I am having nerve pain therefore the natural thing to do is to get a root canal. I am not a dentist but I was trying to see one and Jessica denied me and my insurance. So please get all your facts straight before answering a review. Just look at the other reviews you have concerning insurance. If you do not want to be a part of an insurance plan then you should not claim you do and remove yourselves from the plan. Thank you

Worst place to go, bad service, sells you stuff that they know you don't need. Avoid going there so that you guys don't have to spend money on attorney fees just to get so.e of you money back because your teeth got ruined. I paid for invisaliners and instead of sending them to my house they thought that it would be a good idea to throw them away

First time ever doing a root canal and they made me feel extremely comfortable! They walked me through the whole process, checked in on me constantly through the whole procedure, couldn't have had a better experience! Everyone is very friendly and nice! Highly recommend!
