I had oral surgery today by Dr Shanks at 815 this morning, everyone was amazing, they made me feel so comfortable, best experience ever. I highly recommend him.

I broke a tooth while eating lunch and Dr Shanks was able to deal with my emergency immediately. The tooth was not salvageable and he was able to implant a post during the emergency visit. Outstanding service.

Today Dr. Shanks did the final step in preparation for my implant and it was a very good experience. Everyone from the Receptionist to the nurse who assisted in the procedure were friendly and reassuring. Dr.Shanks made sure that I was comfortable and had no pain. I recommend Dr. Shanks with no hesitation at all.

Outstanding! The receptionist begun and ended today's visit (my first) with friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness. First/lasting impression phrase works for me. In between my phone call, for an appointment, and leaving the office, I received information preparing for, experiencing a professional evaluation, and listening to Dr. Shanks summarizing an approach to resolve my issue; all further compliment my "Outstanding" rating. I recommend Dr. Shanks and his staff without reservations.

Dr Shanks is approachable, kind and takes pride on the work he does. He has removed two of our kids bony impacted wisdom teeth and did an amazing job! His staff are wonderful as well

I was referred to Dr. Shanks by my regular dentist and Shanks Oral was better than I had hoped. Very efficient and totally pain free extraction of a wisdom tooth. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an oral surgeon....

I came in after freaking myself out about every worst possible outcome and all of the staff (Including Dr. Shanks) we're amazing every step of the way! From filling out paperwork, step by step telling me what was exactly going on, to helping me get in the car afterwards. I would one thousand percent recommend this awesome team to anyone I know. Came in for bottom wisdom teeth extraction

Dr Shanks and his staff are amazing. My kiddo needed to have wisdom teeth removed, and was anxious about the process, including anesthesia. At our consultation, Dr Shanks explained the procedure from start to and I was able to answer a few questions we had. On the day of surgery everything went smoothly. We elected to use the non-opioid anesthesia they offer, and did have a few prescriptions to fill after the fact, much like any surgery one would have. Post-op care was thoroughly explained before we left, and the staff said to call if we had any questions. We would highly recommend Dr Shanks to friends and relatives, or even strangers in the supermarket if the topic of conversation ever came up, LOL

This is my second time having a tooth removed by Dr. Shanks and his staff. The first time.was years ago and BOTH experiences were amazing. I want to tell you about today's visit. From the check in to check out every thing was very professional yet friendly. They take.your blood pressure right before the procedure and I was so comfortable with the staff my pressure was perfect no stress or anxiety that is how comfortable the Dr. and his staff makes you fell. I DEFINITELY recommend Dr.Shanks and his team.
