Excellent service. Had to have a tooth pulled he was willing to try it without putting me to sleep because I asked for it. The tooth was so infected he finally had to put me to sleep but he did an awesome job and took the time to explain everything as we went along.

I was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth taken out, everyone there especially the doctor make me feel so comfortable, it's been a little over 24 hours since I've had them taken out and i'm not even in any pain yet... HIGHLY suggest this place :)

Very nice office. Dr. Shanks is very professional at what he does. If I was to recommend a oral surgery office to someone. It would be this office. I'm very happy with the way my wisdom teeth removal went. Very smoothly. Thank you to Dr. Shanks and the other staff!!!

The office staff is very RUDE! Dr. Shanks is AMAZING, I wish the office staff changed at this location because one of my other children need wisdom teeth removed. I/we would not go back because of the office staff only!

I was a nervous wreck about having the surgery; however Dr. Shanks and his staff were very professional, kind, and beyond patient with me! They were also informative and gave me options on the next step(s) in my recovery. They also gave great instructions to my daughter that helped tremendously when I got home. Thank you so very much for the attentive care given to me!
