This place is amazing! Front desk is always so wonderful and helpful, as is the other staff! Dr. Clark is amazing and seems like he will do anything and everything to help and is quick with his work! I will be sending all my family and friends here if his services are needed!

I have to tell you, I have been to alot of dentists in my time but this guy holds the torch. I never met a more caring and professional endodontist in all my days. Totally concerned about making you comfortable during and after the procedure explaining everything with great detail. I would say that if have any endodontic issues he is your go to! Thank you Dr Clark for a good experience in your office. (and office staff is wonderful)

I was referred to Dr Clark by Tru dental and I have to say that the front desk lady named Ashley was very snippy, cold, and rude. When I inquired about if they accepted Medicare she rudely said we don't take that insurance for root canals and I asked about whether or not they could take Medicare for the exam portion and she said and I quote like I-I-I-I said we don't take that. She lacked empathy for people who can't afford out of pocket expenses and made my overall experience horrible, making me feel embarrassed and very low about myself. Dr Clark on the other hand was amazing and tried his best to give options and make up for his secretary's lack of customer service. I will say this, I would suffer through having to deal with Ashley to be treated by Dr Clark, he is worth dealing with such a rude and condescending person such as the front desk secretary Ashley. Thanks Dr Clark!!

My experience at Advanced Endodontics was superb! Dr. Clark and his staff are very professional. He took time to thoroughly explain my condition and discussed further treatments that would be available to me. I left there feeling like all of my questions were answered. Additionally, the office is comfortable and extremely clean, scheduling an appointment was easy, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. Highly recommend Dr. Clark if you're searching the best endodontist in Albuquerque.

Nobody wants to hear that we need a root canal!! But if you ever find yourself in this predicament, I strongly recommend Dr. Shane Clark. He is very professional, thorough & explains everything without beating around the bush. His staff is excellent!!! They make you feel at home & make sure you are comfortable & go above and beyond to assist you. "Leave the root canals to the professionals" Visit SHANE CLARK, DMD & his staff!!!!

Dr. Clark was great. I had no pain at all. He did a great job and the procedure was painless even after anesthesia wore off. Highly recommend him and the staff was great too.

The ambiance was very relaxing and made what should have been a bad experience (root canal) into a pleasant one. Everyone was great from the receptionist, assistant to Dr Clark. I appreciate the extra time he spent explaining on what was going on and how my issue came to be so I can avoid unnecessary prolonged pain I had endured. 2 Advils afterwards and nothing the next day, I'm very happy and feel way better than before the visit already. Don't wait like I did it's not worth the health risk alone.

Outstanding customer service! Dr Clark has a bedside manner that goes above and beyond. He made feel at ease and explained my issues in great detail . He does not beat around the bush. He's honest kind and compassionate. His staff is amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Clark.

Dr. Clark did my root canal yesterday, he was amazing. I was trembling because of my anxiety, It's always been hard to get my mouth numb enough to have work done and I was afraid I'd feel it. My previous dentist knew exactly what I needed because I'd been with him since I was a kid(30+years). Well, Dr. Clark listened to my concerns and I felt nothing! He explained everything he was doing step by step while making sure to ask how I was doing. By the time he was done, I was relaxed and no longer anxious. If you find yourself needing a root canal, call them, he's the best!

I was nervous as this was my first root canal, but all of Dr. Clark staff including himself were awesome and were so kind. He took time to get to know me and talk. Not just jump in and out and move on. Highly recommend.
