Dr. Shana X. Crawford was born in Nashville, Tennessee and was raised in San Diego, California. She attended and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Hampton University in 1997. Dr. Crawford later received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2005. She then earned an advanced certificate in a General Practice Residency in 2006 from Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
Dr. Shana X. Crawford married a fellow Hamptonian, James D. Hawkins, in August of 2003. They have been blessed with two adorable sons, Xavier and Brantley. In her spare time, Dr. Crawford enjoys spending time with her family, arts and crafts, walking, and shopping.

I had a chip tooth and a cracked filling that Dr. Shana Crawford fixed..., and my teeth received a cleaning. Dr. Crawford went above and beyond my scheduled visit to provide me with the comfort I needed. I ate afterwards without having the discomfort of food stuck between my teeth broken teeth. My mouth feels and look so good (Shiny)!!!

Dr. Crawford and her staff are the greatest. As a new patient I must say I'm sorry I didn't change dentist sooner. She was very nice gentle and informative. She let me know just what to expect and hiw much further treatments would cost. She was transparent, no surprises and I respect that. I give this office a 10 star

Dental office team is so polite and welcoming. They make it a pleasure to walk into the office. Dr. Crawford is so gentle and through as she performs the cleaning procedures. Tells you everything she is about to do, no surprises. Delighted that I found Dr. Crawford when I moved to the Dallas, NC area.
