Achieving a healthy and beautiful smile is a team effort by the family dentist, the orthodontist, and the patient. You must cooperate by following your dentist and orthodontist's instructions carefully so that your jaws and teeth move in the way desired and on the prescribed schedule. Traditional metal braces are the most common type of braces and are more comfortable today than ever before. Made of high-grade stainless steel, metal braces straighten your teeth using metal brackets and archwires. With metal braces, you have the option of adding colored elastics (rubber bands) for a more unique look.
Clarity braces feature a comfortable design with a translucent appearance. Made from a hard ceramic material, these braces wont stain or discolor. And perhaps best of all is the self-confidence that comes from wearing clarity braces that look as good as they perform.
Clear appliances (such as Invisalign) use a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners to straighten your teeth. And, no one can tell you are wearing those aligners, unless you tell them! Not only are the aligners invisible, they are removable, so you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment, plus brushing and flossing are less of a hassle.
Incognito braces are hidden behind the teeth and are therefore invisible when you smile. Lingual braces are 100% customized to match the shape of your teeth, and therefore the metal appliances are created uniquely for you. I brought my child here for Orthadontic work. I am a single parent and have breathing problems so I was not wearing a mask. The office manager told me to put a mask on and I explained to her that I had breathing problems and could not wear a mask. (Not that I should have to have a reason, as its MY body and I am the paying customer. Not to mention its not her buisness what my medical issues are.) She then stated that I needed to have another parent bring my child in or go sit out in the vehicle while treatment was rendered. With the way the world is today, and being that neither me nor my child know those people, I sure was not about to leave my child in that office to fend for their self. So I told her we "will go see a different Orthodontist then". She then very smugly replied, "thats fine". I am fairly certain what she did is against the Americans with Dissabilities Act and possibly HIPAA, So we will be seeking council, and are currently going to a different Orthodontist who has compassion, respect, and exhibits professionalism when dealing with their CUSTOMERS/patients. If you can go ANYWHERE else, I highly encourage it. This place has rude and very uncompassionate, unprofessional staff..

Dr. Shammaa, has been all three of my children orthodontist wonderful person and his staff wonderful people. After all the years, I would tell anyone that I run into for braces to go see him.

Everyone at Shamma Orthodontics is very kid friendly and that's important to me. They are also very professional and are great at what they do. My oldest girl just got her braces off and the youngest is getting them on. They both love Dr. Shamma.

I highly recommend Shammaa Ortho! Excellent staff and the whole dreadful experience of braces was made much more pleasant with Shammaa and his team. I had Invisalign as an adult and I always felt they were committed to providing the desired outcomes we had discussed. Would encourage anyone in need of ortho work to go here!

The ortho is great all the staff is great but one certain employer stole money from a soccer team! She's the person your handing your money to! Why does she have a job there! She stole over $5,000 From a soccer team over towards belle area was even on the news for this almost served time for this and this is who they hire to take your money! I'd never take my kid there even if it were free! I'd rate you at zero stars if I could
