Probably the worst dentist i've ever been to. Scheduled me appointments i never agreed to, stabbed my mouth several times with a syringe, and when i winced in pain (I cant deal with needles) the dentist, Dr. Shahine complained and said "I can't deal with this right now" and left me on the table for 40 minutes, yes i watched the time. Had put fillings in teeth that didn't have anything wrong with them without communicating with me. Very rude and unprofessional. The assistants were very nice though.

READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW. DO NOT GO HERE. I had been going to this office every 6 months for a few years, for teeth cleaning and check ups having no problems. Until, I went in and "Dr." Iman Shahine, told me I have 4 cavities, which shocked me because of how well I take care of my body and dental hygiene. This happened multiple times at different appointments (3 from what I remember, most likely to have been more), her saying I needed those fillings, and me saying, "I will do it at the next appointment". No X-rays or any other tests to confirm at any of these appointments, just visual on the teeth and a, "you see this little mark on the tooth, that's a cavity" (which a mark on a tooth has no indication of a cavity). I knew she was making this up so, I went to 3 different dentists at 3 different practices. All three confirmed from X-rays, and whatever other tests, that I have ZERO CAVITIES. One told me, my hygiene is in the 95th percentile of all the patients he sees. I even took the X-rays home and posted it to an online dental forum. Which again, confirmed from other dentists, orthodontists, and dental students that I do not have cavities. So, "Dr." Iman Shahine, is clearly SCAMMING PATIENTS. And it was not just me, if you read other reviews, other patients have expressed this problem with even more invasive dental procedures. This lady does not care for her patients health, she only cares about the money. There are a lot of these types of dentists that take advantage of their patients and their insurance companies who sacrifice their patients health and well being for a check in their pockets. I hope "Dr." Shahine reads and responds to this message, personally. She should be ashamed, have her practice closed down, and license expelled. What a joke... and that's still too nice to say.

Changed from a 5 star to 1 star due to office staff. Changed my appointment without telling me for a filling. Wanted me to wait several more months to have a filling repaired. Very unprofessional.

Blair is great! I'm a big baby and don't handle dentist visits well.. she puts my mind at ease and makes sure I'm very comfortable!

So I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. Years. A chunk of one of my molars broke off while eating, and I didn't want to go back to aspen dental because they are terrible, so I looked through my provider list, and found Shahine Iman. I called on Tuesday, and they had me in the office on Thursday. Mind blown already. I got to the office today, and checked myself in as a new patient. It was easy. I filled out some digital paperwork that took 5 minutes, and the receptionist was friendly and kind. 4 minutes after my paperwork was done, they called me into the back. I was greeted by Blair, the hygienist, who immediately and quickly took all of my X-rays. First she did the panoramic X-ray, then put me in the chair to finish the more detailed Shots with a digital sensor. Took literally 20 seconds. Blair was great. She was friendly, and knew what she was doing. She went right to work without delay. She had a job ahead of her as it had been so long since I had been to the dentist. She worked fast. The scaling I needed was painful but brief. She probed my gums, then she polished my teeth. She flossed me, then she was done. She even gave me some sensitive teeth and gum toothpaste at the end because my gums are a little sore. Awesome. When she had finished, the dentist came in and looked at my X-rays. She and Blair discussed my situation in front of me. She examined my teeth, and quickly developed a plan of action moving forward that would correct the damage that years of not having my teeth professionally cleaned had caused. She was blunt without being unkind, to the point, without any fuss. She is obviously a straight shooter, and knows her stuff as well. Overall I'd say it was the best dental experience I have ever had. This place is great. If you are considering new dental offices, choose this place. I'm very glad I did. Thank you Shahine Dental!

This experience was very nice, they are very straight forward and I feel like they know what they are doing here, the cleaning was amazing and the assistant was even more pleasant. I would recommend to anyone and any family member!

If I could give zero stars I would. They let my s/o leave there with freshly drilled holes and no fillings. They only did one of the fillings and it is god awful. The filling goop wasn't sanded down or anything and it's allover the tooth. He's in unbearable pain from the holes that aren't filled.

If I could give zero stars I would. The best part about my visit was the really nice secretary Nichole and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. The dentist came in once said a few things to the hygienist, left the room came back told me I needed four root canals and three cavities. Then proceeded to tell my teenage daughter Who was in the exam room next to me she needed a bunch of dental work so as a child my daughter explain to her please can you tell my mom everything that I need done. The doctor rudely told her no you are 18 years old now and you can worry about your own care and "we have credit options you could apply for at this office" !! I was appalled when I left there what kind of dentist convinces a high school student to try and open a credit card? Fast-forward.... I decided to have a second opinion for me and my child I found a local dentist who unfortunately does not take my insurance so I had to self pay. Our treatment plans were nothing compared to Dr. Shaheen's...I needed 2 fillings repaired and my child's teeth needed a old crown fixed . That was it !!! I usually don't write reviews about practices or their mishaps but in this case my experience , crazy Treatment plan and all-around treatment from the dentist was just totally unacceptable and this place will not be making money off my only set of teeth !!!

This might sound crazy but I love going to my dentist. I have been a patient at Dr. Shahine's for 8 years. My 2 teenage sons have been seeing her for years also. The entire office is wonderful. They always remember me and ask about my family. I get a cleaning every 6 months and the hygienists are friendly and thorough. I love the way my teeth feel when they're done!! I have had a few cavities and Dr. Shahine has a calming nature about her. She never makes me feels rushed and explains everything to me. I've even had a couple done without Novocain; she's THAT GOOD!! I don't know if she is accepting new patients but if she is without hesitation I recommend her.

This was the best experience I've had with a dental office. Previous visits at other offices left me in significant pain after cleanings, but not with Shahine. They were very accommodating and kind, and overall made me very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I was not feeling good on the day my son's were scheduled for a cleaning. My husband brought them in for me. The assistant called me on my cell during the appointment to communicate my sons need for a orthodontist. I was so impressed by the overall communication of the office. My husband was impressed by the overall time he was there. He said it was extremely clean and a welcoming environment. We have been going here for a few years and have to say the staff and Dr deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Thank you.

Dr Shahine and all of the staff provide the greatest and most professional dental experience one could ask for. I have very bad dental anxiety but everyone here is so patient and nice making it much easier! She is efficient and thorough with her work.

Dr. Shahine and her staff are wonderful! My fiancee and I bring our entire family to her and she takes care of all of us! Her hygienist is so gentle but efficient and she takes the time to explain and show me and my children how to properly clean your teeth! Most dental offices just treat what you're there for and off you go. I have extreme anxiety at the dentist as an adult and it's embarrassing! Dr Shahine has gone above and beyond multiple times to make me feel comfortable during procedures and never makes me feel ashamed for being nervous, even when I know I'm unbearable! All in all, the entire staff is patient and kind to my entire family. Wether we have to cancel or need to get in for an emergency, or just at a routine cleaning. I would highly recommend!!
