  • Alloplex Biotherapeutics (2021): Alloplex Biotherapeutics is a privately held, Boston-based cellular therapeutics company. Their lead oncology therapeutic is a PBMC-derived multicellular adoptive immunotherapy which they call SUPLEXA cells. They use proprietary leukocyte activator cell lines (ENLiST cells), which are engineered from a common tumor cell line to express an array of immunomodulatory ligands designed to specifically engage and activate various subsets of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) through their native receptors. Alloplex has developed SUPLEXA cells through the use of an all-human in vitro assay which not only models the intended ex vivo activation of patient PBMC but is, in fact, the actual procedure to be deployed in the clinic.
  • Fluid Form (2021): FluidForms proprietary technology, published in Science, is the first in the world to build replacement human tissues and organs for drug discovery, surgical repair, and organ transplant.
  • EpiBone (2020): EpiBone is a developer of a bone reconstruction technology designed to advance skeletal reconstruction through 3D design and living cells. The companys technology utilizes a scan of the bone defect and the patients own stem cells to construct and cultivate a defect-specific autologous-like bone graft, enabling clinicians to provide patients with a bone graft through a simplified surgical procedure with improved bone formation, regeneration and shorter recovery times.
  • Adaptive Phage Therapeutics (2019): Adaptive Phage Therapeutics is a provider of therapeutic services intended to treat multi-drug resistant pathogenic bacteria. The companys services are provided using clinical and therapeutic technology that matches phages to patient-specific bacterial infections, thereby enabling medical researchers to develop drugs that can detect and eliminate multi-drug resistant bacteria.
  • Purple Sun (2017): PurpleSun is the only technology company with the full sustainable solution to automate hospital disinfection for complex medical equipment and patient rooms with the goal of preventing and reducing health care-associated infections. Its novel light-based technology takes ~90 seconds and is 99.99 percent effective. FMUV Shadowless Delivery essentially removes human error and variability in the current labor-intensive manual-chemical process, while saving time.
  • Pillo Health (2017): Pillo Health, which was acquired by Stanley Black+Decker, developed Pillo, a health robot for the home. With the goal of encouraging medication compliance and reducing hospital admission rates caused by medication non-adherence, Pillo reminds patients to take medication, dispenses medications, digitally coordinates prescription refills and connects individuals in their homes with physicians, caregivers and loved ones.

Doctor Aziz is the best there is in the Orthoognatics field, my daughter had double jaw surgery with him back in July, and 2 months later nearly my daughter is happy as can be with nearly no pain. Doctor aziz knows what he is doing when it comes to this field, and I recommend him to anyone, I mean ANYONE looking into this. New Jersey is very fortunate to have a state of the art facility and doctors like doctor aziz. The receptionist, care team, and resident doctors that all help out with Dr. Aziz, make it a wonderful and pleasant experience during extensive and intensive surgeries like my daughters. Dr aziz is the best they get!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Aziz since 2004. I went to him after being treated by 2 dentists. Both treatments resulting in negative outcomes. I had stopped eating solid food because I could not open my mouth. Dr. Aziz did a thorough exam, including non-invasive tests. After an accurate diagnosis and treatment (extraction of tooth & implant) I was able to fully open my mouth. I have continued going to Dr. Aziz for treatment, including arthroscopic and arthrocentesis surgery to my jaw. His bedside manner is excellent. He takes time to listen, really listen. I never feel rushed when I see him. He reassures me following all the procedures, in fact he texts me the following day to ask how I am doing. When I was in crisis (extreme pain) due to another procedure by a dentist where I live, Dr. Aziz returned my call. It was late, 11pm. I travel----It is a 4 hour drive to visit Dr. Aziz.. He is compassionate, highly skilled, calm, professional, gentle, and comprehensive. He takes time to answer questions and is thorough when describing the treatment plan. Every procedure and surgery by Dr. Aziz has had a POSITIVE OUTCOME! I highly recommend Dr. Aziz.

My 18 year old daughter needed orofacial surgery. Dr Aziz and his staff were more than accommodating. Timely, successful and professional surgery and follow up appointments. Dr Aziz himself followed up with me when I expressed concerns to his staff. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr Aziz

Words cannot express how great Dr. Aziz is. I had a procedure done approximately 1 year ago and he calmed my fears reasurring the procedure and his years of expertise. In addition, he had me meet the medical team that would be assisting him with my procedure too. Before my procedue, he personally texted me to reassure me that all was going to be well and the recovery time would be fine too. My son recenly had all four wisdom teeth extracted and Dr. Aziz kindly met with me after the extraxtion to thoroughly explain what was done and for me to personally contact him should there be any concerns or discomfort. In my opinion, Dr. Aziz is more than a Dr. as he encompasses everything a patient is seeking when having any medical procedures as he is compasionate, caring and empathetic to the patient's needs and concerns. Cant thank him enough for his great work with myself and my family.

Dr. Aziz is an incredible doctor who cares deeply for his patients. At age 49, I decided to have SARPE surgery (surgically Assisted Rapid pallet Expansion) At my age, this was not going to be an easy process, but I was having significant issues due to a cross- bite that was not corrected when I was a child. Dr. Aziz was with me every step of the way. He kept me calm, when I was most vulnerable and gave me his cell phone number to reach him directly with any problems or concerns. He was 100% accessible when I needed him, even at night and even met with me first thing on a Saturday morning when my expander came loose. I literally texted him with my concern on Friday night at 10 pm. Not only did he answer me immediately, he arranged to meet me at the hospital the very next morning. My issue was resolved by 8 am - 10 hours later! Doctors like this are extremely hard to come by. My expansion surgery was a success and all of my issues have been resolved. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Aziz and his staff. I sleep better, I breathe better, and my cross bite has been resolved. If you are looking for an Oral and Maxillofacial doctor/surgeon, look no further. Dr. Aziz is the best there is...hands down!

I am a 50 year old male who decided to have double corrective jaw surgery. I chose Dr Aziz to preform my surgery & I am incredibly happy with my choice & would recommend him to everyone. Dr Aziz was very helpful when it came to answering all of my questions & concerns. He explained every detail of my surgery & my recovery. Anytime I reached out to him by text or call he was there with a speedy response. He's a very attentive doctor & I'm very pleased with the results. His office in Hackensack is truly a pleasure to visit. Everyone working in the office is very professional & helpful. Especially the office manager, Teresa. Overall the entire experience from beginning to end was a success. Thank you DrAziz!!

I chose to visit Aziz's office as it was one of the only doctors in my area that can do the TMJ surgery I need. I first visited in March and did the impressions for a mouth guard to be made. Every single experience after this was terrible. My next appointment I had scheduled for 2pm and I literally wrote down in my calendar the time as I was scheduling it with them on the phone. The day of the appointment I received a call around 12pm saying I missed my appointment at 9am. This place really rescheduled my appointment without notifying me and then said I missed my appointment time. I had to rush there only to find out the mouth guard was made wrong! This was in May. I called 3 times between May and August to find out when I'm getting the new mouthpiece as they told me it'll take 2-3 weeks at my May appointment. I got no follow up from the office to tell me that they were having issues with the lab. On top of that, the woman working at the front desk Debra is beyond rude and has zero respect when speaking to people. The manager who was nice ended up contacting me after Debra was rude on the phone when I simply was trying to explain why I was calling. Finally, I got an appointment scheduled for the new piece. It is now August and I just had my appointment to get the correct mouthpiece. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment because I had work at 10am and waited over an hour to even be seen. The mouthpiece was also made horribly and the doctor was there shaving it down and making me try it on 20 times. At my first appointment, they told me I could have the jaw surgery done in my second trimester since I'm pregnant if it gets bad but I would NEVER do the surgery at this place considering the way they handle everything else! HORRIBLE and unorganized office! I do not recommend at all!
