I went for the first time to the office and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The front desk was very nice. Then I met Dr. Shahbazian and he explained to me everything I need. I definitely will come back. I highly recommend this office to all.

Family and I went there for decades. They were great. Sent several others there throughout the years. Problem happened when I went on disability- they do take masshealth, which is good. But needed a mild adjustment on my dentures, after they pulled a tooth, and he acted like I was crazy to expect him to spend five minutes when masshealth wouldn't cover it. I ended up cutting the piece off at home with wire cutters (and it still digs into my gums) and the BEST PART!! HE STILL SENT ME A BILL FOR LIKE 30 BUCKS!! REALLY?? How much money this family made off of mine over the years, in addition to ppl I/we referred to them? Nice guy, nice family, but don't be fooled - they are there to MAKE MONEY. Not to help you. Which is fine, that's America. Only wish it didn't take me 30+ years, several other friends and family sent there, and a ton of unresolved dental issues to realize this. Still waiting for them to ask about that 30$ again, lol. Meanwhile I have zero recourse on the terrible job they did on my dentures. *P.S. This is after DECADES of my whole family going there. I realize a lot of ppl look down on those of us with a disability, who need to use masshealth. But I had "legit" health insurance through jobs, for my whole life, and used Shabazian for most of that time. As did my dad, and my late brother. Ok RANT OVER! Lol. They're nice people, though. As long as you have good insurance.

The most important is that I felt no pain while I was in there, even though I am getting a new crown on my tooth. No pain at all

This place is absolutely amazing .The staff is very friendly and professional.It just so happened that i visited two other dentsist offices days before going to Shahbazian family dental due to haveing severe pain from a cracked wisdom tooth.The other dentist offices just took xrays and said that i have to see a special dentist to have it worked on and i could not get an appointment for weeks .Luckily i located and contacted Shahbazian family dental and they were able to take me the next morning .Right away the staff was very inviteing the Assistant took xrays of my teeth and it was actually a pleasant experience she was gentle ,quick and described everystep she was doing. The other dentist office prior day was ruff and with my mouth in pain it was a nightmare.i would have thought thats just how dentist get xrays but because the Assistant at Shahbazian family dental was so good and made sure i was comfortable i experienced first hand the difference of a great dentist office compared to a basic dentist office.When Dr.Shahbazian came in and worked on my tooth not only was he quick it did not feel rushed which meens hes comfortable and knows what hes doing which made me comfortable but most importantly i didnt feel anything and couldnt beleiev it all the other dentist places that i went to knew i was in alot of pain i told them the sitiation and they just had me come in to bill me and the experience at the other places didnt feel good in general. But from the time i walked in to Dr.Shahbazian's office it felt like i was in good hands rite away.This place is is now going to be my permanent dentist wish i found them years ago

Whenever you find yourself looking for a dentist to do any dental work. I STRONGLY recommend Shahbazian Family Dental. I've been out of work due to COVID-19 for the pass 18 months and money has been a concern. Shahbazian Family Dental's start to finish process along with the quality of care they have for making sure you're absolutely comfortable through the entire process is truly amazing and for me was greatly appreciated. The follow up call to see how I was doing is just a testiment to the kind of service you receive. There facility is not only bright and cheery but very welcoming. You most definitely will leave with a great SMILE !!! Good job guys...keep up the great work.

I highly recommend getting dental work done here. The pristine office was modern with the latest machinery in x-rays. I knew I was getting exceptional work done from a distinguished doctor. The welcoming receptionist and the efficient working dental technician made it feel like they were invested in their cliental. Dr. Cameron Shahbazian made my feel at ease throughout my procedure and I truly feel that he took care of my mouth as if it was his own.
