Dr. Shah is a compassionate, caring, skilled dentist. I am not a fan of going to the dentist (any dentist), but Dr. Shah always takes the time to make me feel at ease. He recently gave my smile a much needed makeover with 5 porcelain crowns and I couldn't be happier.
Great service from the entire office. Scheduling is always a positive experience, cleanings are fast and effective and more-involved services are always conducted pain free. I also appreciate that Dr. Shah takes time to speak with you and set you at ease. Insurance and billing are always addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend this practice to everyone!
Dr. Advait Shah graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2004. Prior to that, he studied at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. For the past 17 years, Dr. Shah has worked in private practice in Pennsylvania, New York and now Maryland.
Dr. Shah's goal is to give his patients (both adults and children) a healthy and beautiful smile while ensuring their comfort during the process. He is a skillful and meticulous dentist, who takes pride in providing his patients with high-quality dental work. Dr. Shah's strength lies in the detail he applies to his work while going the extra mile to make sure that his patients are happy.
Dr. Shah strongly believes that we never stop learning. Therefore, he takes great interest in keeping up with the latest trends & materials in dentistry and attending continuing education courses to assure that his patients are receiving the best care possible using quality materials.
Hi! My name isMarissa, and I am excited to be the newest team member at Shah Dentistry. After working in customer service for a few years, I recently graduated from the Dental Assistant program at the Fortis Institute in Towson. Seeing people happy makes me happy, and as the lead dental assistant, I will do whatever I can to make sure patients are happy and comfortable while in our care. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and love going on walks with my goldendoodle, Remy. Im excited to be a part of this team, and cant wait to meet you!

I have been coming to Dr Shah since his practice came to Timonium many years ago. My family and i have always had great experiences each visit. From making an appointment to routine teetih cleaning to having an invasive procedure performed, the entire staff are friendly, knowledgable and good at what they do. I always recommend Shah Dentistry!

Shah dentistry is amazing. The staff is friendly and warm. Dr. Shah is honest and clearly highly skilled. And nothing like the corporate dentistry experience. The most enjoyable a dentist visit can be.

This is a very good Dentist. Even though as I get older I'm now hating the dentist he and his staff make it easier. His hygienist is awesomely thorough and kind. I would refined this dentist, staff and office to anyone. Also he did great work on my teeth and was correct in all his assessments of my dental health.

I've gone to Dr. Shah for several years - his amazing staff have taking incredible care of me. Lucinda and Wanda all make you feel welcome and make you and your tooth health a priority. I just had my first cleaning after COVID-19 and I was really impressed at the protocols they have in place to keep us and them safe. Thank you so much Dr. Shah!

Dr. Shah and his staff are extremely professional and kind. He takes his time with patients and does a great job. He does not try to "up sell" any service or procedure like other dentists I have had in the past. I would say he runs his practice on the "Golden Rule".

Excellent, as always. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always welcomed with a smile. Dr Shah explains his concerns, and what he feels needs to be done. Asks during your procedure if you are ok, and if you need to rest. From someone who puts a dental visit at the bottom of the fun list, I highly recommend Dr Shah!

The office staff are friendly and informative. There is minimal wait time and Dr. Shaw is very thorough in answering questions. There was a quick response from Dr. Shaw when I had an unusual situation after having bite molds made.
