The ladies at the front are very nice! The hygienist was gentle on my teeth and gums, while still getting them nice and clean! The dentist and hygienist were very friendly! The dentist did not have to do much on this visit because it was just a cleaning, but in the past he has been excellent! I recommend Shaftsbury Dental.

The staff is amazing. I had a large procedure done and Dr Betsey and Pam made it such a painless surgery and my recovery was simple with little discomfort. I was always greeted with warmth and kindness and they were so supportive when I voiced any concerns and made sure they were thorough. They accommodated me under a tight schedule which I really appreciate. My wife had the same procedure done there three years ago and we were so happy with her work that there was no question where I would go. Shaftsbury Dental is a wonderful dentistry and I will recommend them whenever I am able.

I appreciate that they take my Veteran's Dental Insurance plan. I also appreciate the day of free care for other Veterans they put on each year. Cody is the best.

I broke a tooth over the weekend. Called Shaftsbury Dental at 8:45 AM on Monday and was seen by staff including techs and a dentist at 11 AM the same day. As usual they were thoughtful and supportive. They x-rayed me and gave me both verbal and written options. They answered all my questions and without pressure allowed me to take some time to think them over. I appreciate both their expedience and their consideration. Thanks guys!

I called after hours because I was having tooth pain and needed a route canal and nobody called me back. Then they told me they couldn't even accommodate me on an emergency waiting list so I had to go to my primary care and I had an infection. I do not recommend them at all. Also they told us at the last minute that they could t accommodate my daughter. Rude staff that thinks they are better than! If you have medicaide you are treated like a low class person. Not acceptable especially when it comes to kids! Not everyone has tons of money for dental insurance

This dental practice is wonderful. Dr Spencer and his dental assistant are great, and always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable when getting dental work done. I would refer everyone I know to this dental practice.!!
