Horrible experience doctor didnt do much. Appointment didnt last long. Even told us if we want we could go to a different doctor see what they can do for her because he couldn't do anything for us. Didnt even do a deep cleaning it being first visit. Couldnt offer any temp. relief. I had to ask if her could file teeth down to relief discomfort. I even had to ask for antibiotics incase it was a bacteria and he just gave it to me without really seeing the problem. Either doctor is not knowledgeable or did not want to help. I felt uncomfortable as if i was being rushed out.

Great to see such a friendly and professional office operating once again. Dr. Lewis and his team are always striving to become more efficient, from the exam rooms to the front office. Might I add, Shad, is always taking that extra mile to listen to what you have to say and make you and your family feel welcomed and well informed.

I've been with Shad for yrs ,this man is Above most Dentists his staff.Shad also has most of updated equipment Dentist dont have.I do need to see him but I understand emergency 1st He has gone above to reopen and I Believe he should be given the Right to reopen .Shad has served our Country but more the state or local Government have the Right to see how he can safely open Why Orthodontists,He has a Right from Local officials to be heard we have issues that will cost more or even Worse,I'm sure all are Officals would be seen In close Death rate in Berks are 100% Nursing homes.I myself work everday in life substaining accounts Its following policy requirements.

As a new patient, I had to call in as an emergency and I was taken care of quickly the same day (receptionist was great!). Dr. Lewis is such a great dentist and uses the most updated tools to make you feel as comfortable as you can (anesthesia process was ) This facility is very clean and the team is caring and understanding. I will be returning for my future dental needs for sure.

It is refreshing to have a dentist such as Dr. Shad that truly cares for his patients and remembers so much about them. It is like visiting a friend. He and his staff are quick, courteous and friendly and are not always trying sell you some kind of dental service. Even my husband who dislikes people and all doctors really appreciates and actually enjoys his dental check ups. My whole family goes out of their way to make sure they have their dental appointments with this office. HIGHLY recommended - if you couldn't have guessed by now.
