My appointment daughter was @2pm they seen her until 4:05, Always We waiting for 1hr . also I told them we need to talk about she needs braces they said we will send you a letter . that happened almost two months , still i don't have respond.. very very disappointed.

Today was supposed to be my first appointment. I got there at 10:30 for a 10:30 appointment. My paperwork was completed by 10:45. I sat in the lobby for almost 45 minutes before I had to cancel my appointment due to having to be somewhere else shortly after noon. The receptionist wasn't even wearing her mask properly. How am I going to trust you with my mouth when your receptionist can't comprehend how a mask goes over your face? Incredibly frustrating watching both receptionist just sit and chat. The dentist/owner was right there when I canceled, looked me in the eyes and didn't even acknowledge the issue. When I made the complaint the receptionist said "well usually the first appointment takes a while because of paperwork." I am 28 years old and have been to several dentists in my life, none of which required me to wait in a lobby for more than 20 minutes at most. My paperwork had also been completed for 30 minutes at this point, and I even had time to run to the bathroom. She is such a bone head its infuriating just listening to her voice. I rarely leave reviews this nasty because I don't want to jeopardize someone's livelihood, but this was an awful experience.

3rd time we've been here and always more than an hr before we got our name called.. i came up to the front to ask how much longer the wait.. she cant tell.. well, i approached her and ask her if they have survey or suggestion form.. and told her the clinic should manage accepting appointments so people here wont be wasting time for this long wait.. i wasnt the only one came to the front desk to ask how long is the wait coz we been waiting here for too long.. the lady was apologetic and nice,it's not her fault but clinic needs to manage aaccepting appointments.

waste of time. No dental cleaning on first visit and they do anyting on oppointments. No results and no treatment for 3 visits... only advices( I cant say anything about him as a dantist. But dentistry is the worst that i ever saw.

My appointment was at 3 p.m. I was not seen until 5 p.m. at which point they rushed through my check up and did not do my filling because at 5pm they close. so basically I waited for two hours just for them to tell me I had to reschedule. Horrible, horrible experience will never go back again. Also they will not fax your dental X-rays to another office without you going in person to sign a release form. All other dental office I've been to in the past are able to fax x-rays to other offices workout any trouble I do not recommend this office at all.

If you ever go to this place and have an appointment, expect to wait at least an hour beyond your appointment time to get seen. Been going there for years and it's always the same thing. They think our time is worthless and we can wait, in my case I'm college student and go there for my appointment before classes so now I have to skip classes to go there. If you can don't go there.

Yesterday was our first visit and they did an amazing job my daughters were very impressed. The dental assistant was very gentle with them. One of my daughters fillings fell out during cleaning and they fixed it right then and there for free. We will definitely be keeping this dentist for a long time would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible staff. Rude, rude and rude. I'm surprised this so called dentistry is even still in business.The rude female receptionist that chose to answer the phone, left me on hold for more than an hour just to be hung up on && told to wait another (hour) however long! Smh never AGAIN Horrible phone etiquette, no manners mixed with bad customer service. I can only imagine the outrageous wait in real time! I will never want to be seen here or recommend this office to friends or family. I will happily take my money and business elsewhere.

Today I went to the Shaari Said DDS. The staff was so nice with me. I have been going there for years now. Even though the wait is long you are sure to go back there again. It took about 15 minutes just to wait and be taken in. When I had to wait for the numbing to start the dentist will help another person while you wait for it. It only took a little over a hour to be in and out of there. If the kid would like the kid is aloud to wear headphones connected to a phone playing music. All of this you need to bring from home though. Overall it was a wonderful experience for me.

Absolutely fantastic! I have a lot of dental anxiety due to negative experiences in my childhood, and everyone here has been very understanding and encouraging. Also, other than the initial numbing shots, I've had 0 pain! First dentist I've been to in my life that could do fillings that didn't leave me in tears. I can't recommend them highly enough
