I have been to Sewell Dental Arts on several occasions. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Pastiu is incredible. I highly recommend Sewell Dental Arts!!!

What a fantastic experience!!! Dr. Pastiu is a PERFECTIONIST (he redid my implant color until it matched the other teeth) and then I wanted to have the same procedure performed on the other side of my mouth. Dr. P TURNED DOWN THE BUSINESS saying it was not needed in his expertise--what??!! Seriously, a doctor who doesn't perform unneeded tests/procedures? Five stars is too little. If you need dental work, stop by and see this guy -- I found him by mistake. Don't let that happen to you.

Love this place. They took care of my braces for 2 and a half years (2015 - 2018ish). Super professional and personable people. Shout out to Amanda and the Dr. himself! Thanks for sending birthday cards every year :)

This review will be a bit long, but please read if you are thinking about going to a dentist. I have seen many dentists over the years. Instantaneously I knew this dentist and staff cared for their patients. I bit the bullet and got dental implants from another top-tier provider, but I wish I knew about this place. It was the holiday season, and I had an emergency issue with my implants. I called around, and no one was willing to even look at the issue. These other places didn't even give me a referral. I found Sewell dental arts through a random search and decided to send an emergency text with no expectation that I would get a callback. I was completely wrong. I received a phone call from someone within 24 hours and was seen the next day. The dentist talked through the full issue, ensuring I understood what he was doing and my best options. He even was truthful and did not upsell me on anything; He made sure I had pictures to send to get a replacement bridge (under warranty). The night he saw me, the dental implant broke, and it was sharp as a razor and hurt worse than any toothache I have ever had. I sent a text that night, and he got me in the next day. I was in so much pain, and he went right to work. I do not know if I was crying more from the pain or because the dentist took away my pain and fears. On top of an already incredible experience in the chair; the staff called me the next day to check-in and shared my enthusiasm that my pain was gone. He is now my regular dentist. I do not care that they do not take my insurance. He is worth every penny that he and his team make.

Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Pastiu and ALL his staff at Sewell dental arts. I spent the better part of 30 years unhappy with my smile from being a violent grinder and clencher that results in debilitating migraines. My smile as a whole made me insecure from previous failed dental work. Dr. Pastiu listened to my concerns, was very particular about my plan of care and made sure that he gave me the smile I was meant to have from the beginning. I couldn't be happier with my smile. I needed to get full upper and lower dental implants due to periodontal disease. I wasn't even sure if I was a good candidate for the procedure. I kept putting the inevitable off. I did research on implant dentistry and seen Dr. Pastiu from Sewell Dental Arts on the Wellness Hour show explaining dental implants. (Google it and watch) He seemed so knowledgeable and kind. I did a consultation with him in November 2020 and I am so glad I did. He answered all my concerns and put my fears to rest..Not to mention he has a great sense of humor and that helps to relax you too. He listens to your suggestions and he wants you to be happy with your implants. The entire staff is kind, caring, and it feels like family when you are there. I am from Delaware and it's about a hour drive but it is so worth it. I couldn't be happier with my implants or Dr. Pastiu and the Sewell Dental Arts staff. It has been a great experience and will recommend him to anyone. Thanks again for my beautiful brand new smile! Fran (Karen) C.

Easily the best dentist I've been to. The entire staff are kind and accommodating to your needs. Dr Pastiu is a perfectionist who really cares that you're satisfied with the results. Everyone there trys to make the entire experience as painless and affordable as possible. I went in for an estimate on implants and now I'll be with this dentist for life.

I have been going to Sewell Dental Arts for a number of years now. When I first started going to them, my teeth were pretty bad. They patiently explained my problem areas and worked with me to figure out a plan to correct the issues. They even made recommendations of things I could do on my own to get healthier teeth. My last three visits have been perfect visits, with no cavities or any work needing to be done! The staff makes you feel right at home and they take a genuine interest in you and your life. I had a cleaning today and found out that my hygienist was no longer with them. While I will miss her, the new hygienist was extremely nice and fits right in with the rest of the staff. Its been a great experience every time and that's coming from someone who "hates the dentist" lol

Called this business as a dental emergency. I was in pain beginning the previous evening. My experience told me I needed an extraction as most of my teeth consists of either implant, root canals with caps or crowns. I am not suggesting I am a dentist, however, if you are 62 and had extensive work you get to know the "buzz words". I was born with bad teeth; hence I take care of them. I was noticeably clear what I needed and was told to come in at 4:30 PM. I remarked, you close at 5. I was told no worries; it just means 5 is the last appointment. I suffered another 8 hours thinking this pain would be gone soon. The doctor came in after I had an Xray and said it is probably fractured? He was arrogant, rude, and impatient. He said I am doing nothing today. I said excuse me. He said he will schedule something out for another day and left the room! This after driving 35 minutes in rush hour for absolutely nothing. The ladies spent more time with insurance and billing than he did with the reason I was there. This guy is out for money and cares nothing about your pain. He is awful. Disregard the advertisement about taking care of emergencies. It was an abject waste of time and I suffered more for no reason. Now I have another night of pain. All I can hope for is Karma. Please do yourself a favor and call someone else.

My family has had a host of dental issues that came with fears of continual dental visits. Dr. Pastiu has a great way of easing our fears. He does execellent work and his staff are always professional, welcoming, and friendly.

After dealing with a cap from 10 years ago that never felt right(by another dentist) Dr. Pastiu took off the old cap, confirmed the integrity of the tooth underneath and made a cap to fit correctly. Wish I had made the decision to see Dr. Pastiu long ago. My gum and jaw no longer hurt! Process was painless. Thank You!

The entire staff made my dental care over the last few years change from not at all and emergency only to regular visits and preventative care. I now have taken the plunge Implants and my only comment is why did I wait. Dr.Pastui and the girls made me a believer .
