Dr. David is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and has been practicing in Maryland since 2003. He is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame and furthermore earned his D.D.S. degree at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. David completed his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Maryland State Dental Association. Dr. David is on staff at Laurel Medical Center and Sinai Hospital. Dr. David enjoys spending time with his family and friends. In addition, he is an active member of the Army Reserves Dental Corps, and he has been deployed to Kosovo in 2012 and Kuwait in 2014 to provide dental services to Army soldiers. His interests include sports, travel, and movies.
Dr. Soe is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and has been practicing in Maryland since 2012. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and furthermore earned her D.D.S. degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistrty. Upon finishing her dental degree, she completed a general practice dental residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA. She then completed a pediatric dental residency program at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. For these endeavors, she was recognized and awarded the Dean community service award in her last year of dental school and nationally received the honorable Albert Schweitzer fellowship award. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Maryland State Dental Association. Outside of dentistry, she is an avid hiker, cooking enthusiast, and traveler, particularly when any of these activities involve family and friends.

Very fun filled happy environment. The office was very compassionate throughout entire experience. They were able to get my son in during such short notice for an emergency appointment. Upon walking in and within minutes getting an open room and picking his tv show preference , my son expressed his admiration of the office. Wonderful place!! I absolutely love everything.

We are so happy with Severn Pediatric Dentistry! My youngest (age 1.5) recently had to have a tooth extracted after she broke it falling and Dr. David was so kind! My daughter was cared for so well and they whole staff was kind and helpful through a very stressful day.

My experience wasn't great. The facility is kid friendly and clean .... but it's a pediatric dentist so an expected setup. I transferred from another office after we changed dental insurance and I won't be going back. Dr. Soe made little effort to engaged me and did nothing to increase my comfort with her care for my son. It was obvious she didn't look at the record transfer to discuss the recommended treatment plan during the consult. I didn't get a great vibe that day but assumed positive intent and wrote it off that the chart review wasn't set up appropriately. So I set up an appointment for two days later (fast scheduling!) Unfortunately, my son became sick so I canceled and pushed the appointment two weeks out. The only probing question I had was did he have covid and he did not. The day arrives and I was admittedly nervous/experiencing mom guilt. The tech gave my son an overview of what to expect and I appreciated the time. Dr. Soe came and could've cared less about engaging me in any way other than to condescendingly question me. I felt I did my due diligence as a customer and the gap was a lack of communication which is my overall dissatisfaction. The part that really left a bad taste in my mouth is the dialog between her and the tech during the visit and how she "coached" my son. To keep it generic the dialog wasnt unprofessional just inappropriate and a bad use of her time/ engagement abilities. It confirmed that she isn't introverted to say the least. The team is generically pleasant but aloof and turnover centric. If you want fast general visits it's sufficient and your kids will like the office. For me, I'm taking my business to an office that at least pretends to respect me and my decision to partner with them for the care of my family members.

Dr Soe and her team are wonderful! They are professional, very friendly, and really care about their patients' health. The office is also clean and beautiful. We always have a great experience at the dentist's office and leave with a smile.

The place looks great. However it's located on the second floor of a building a little difficult to find. I felt very uncomfortable. The staff at the front desk assumed because I have a Hispanic last name that I automatically should get a Spanish question form. Instead of asking my preference. I walked in speaking English why would she assume I speak Spanish? They also force people to wear mask. No one should be forced to do anything they're not comfortable with. And so I took my business elsewhere. I was willing to wear the mask. But the form was insulting and it was just the tipping point for me.

All three boys being seen at the same time is awesome! We are in and out in about 30 minutes tops...cannot beat their efficiency. Also, the staff is always courteous, friendly, and caring.

I can't say enough about this place. My son LOVES going to the dentist because of them. The facility is clean with lots of amenities for kids and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

My son, nieces and nephew all love Dr. David! They actually get excited to go to the Dentist and wish they could go more than just twice a year! The whole team is wonderful and make it such a fun, easy experience for the children!

The best dental office I have taking my children to by far... They were very friend and my girls were so excited as soon as they went in because the place is very kids friendly... The anxiety that's comes when going to the dentist was wiped away... Thank you for the fast service and hospitality that was giving to my babies... We look forward to all of their dental appointments to come

This was my daughter's 1st dental visit. The staff was very welcoming and the office was very kid friendly. Dr. Pfeuffer explained everything as he cleaned my my daughter's teeth. She really enjoyed the experience.

I loved it! My son was traumatized from other places and here it was perfect. They are attentive to every detail. They gave my son a blanket when he was in the chair, for many it may seem silly, but it's details that make the difference. They explained to him each instrument that would be used to remove the caries. That makes a lot of difference. I will always refer them. Super prepared and attentive.

I wish my dentist office was this fancy when I was a kid. Lol. TVs on the ceiling to distract the kids during a cleaning, games to play, movies to watch! The staff is great, super friendly. If you're looking for a kids dentist this is the place to go!
