I've only been a patient for less than a year and Seven Lakes has been so kind and helpful through a very difficult dental process for me. Hopefully the continued process will go as smoothly as it has so far. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of caring service.

Fantastic dental office. I am a nervous Nelly and they make me feel very calm and comfortable. They are super friendly with great sense of humor yet are professional at the same time. I can't say enough good things about Seven Lakes Dental and Dr. Thomas, in particular. Along with his staff.

I won't lie I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist but they were patient and accomadating for it. The dentist explained everything he was doing before he did it and even told me that If I needed a break I could just raise up my hand and he would back off. It was honestly one of the best dentist I've ever been.

All the staff is extremely nice and friendly. They do an excellent job of making sure dental work is pain free. If you have dental work done they make sure your fillings are done properly. You will not need to go back because a filling is still up to high and you are not biting properly.

Dr Larreau is incredible! I trust him, which is HUGE! I don't feel like money is the goal in his office. I've been showed respect, grace & kindness. I prefer to pay out of pocket in their office to receive good care, rather than go where my insurance covers & the need Dr larreau to fix it.

Edit to the owners response below: No I'm not mistaken about the location, this review was about the Seven Lakes Dental in Marysville WA, specifically Dr Larreau. I was being polite by not using names at first, but I guess you wanted specifics. Let me start off by saying I have zero to gain by rating dentists online. I have much better things I could be doing with my time, but people need to know my experience with Seven Lakes Dental. I had been going to my previous highly rated dentist for nearly 30 years before he retired. I had a few fillings done when I was younger, when they needed to be done. And I'm not opposed or afraid to have dental work done if it's necessary I went looking for a replacement last year and found Seven Lakes Dental which had very good reviews online. My initial impression was OK, not the friendliest staff but not the end of the world. I had my first visit and was told because I had missed one year of cleanings I would "Just need three fillings to catch back up." Catch up? A) I hadn't had any caivaties in years, and B) It's not like I stopped brushing /flossing/mouthwash etc, it didn't add up. So at the time I decided not to have the recommended work done. Fast forward 6 months to my next cleaning. I was thinking about getting the previous recommended work done when this time the Dentist added 3 more teeth that needed fillings! So now a total of 6, and 3 new cavaties in the past 6 months alone! Agian I was still brushing/flossing /mouthwash etc. They tried scare tactics by saying that once you have a cavity it will make more and more so I need to get the work done. And this other one is super deep so it should definitely be done asap. I asked the Dentist if he was just really proactive with his fillings and laid out all of my concerns. He doubled down and said "Ok you want to be sure before you have the work done, that makes sense, because I'm sure it needs to be done." Agian I decided to not have the recomended work done. I was also over charged for this appointment and only found out because of the paperwork from my insurance provider. I had to call Seven Lakes and ask for a refund of the overpayment which they then acknowledged and sent a check for. Fast forward another 6 months and I picked a new dentist for a second opinion, a very highly rated dentist out of Snohomish. After my cleaning the new dentist said, "You have one small area of concern, we will take a look at that next year." I said, "Wait so no 6 fillings are needed? The dentist's jaw dropped, he looked at his assistant and said "Absolutely not," with a shocked laugh. They couldn't believe that Seven Lakes had recommended that uncessary work be done. Long story short trust your gut in these situations and always get a second opinion.
