I had written an extensive 850-word review recounting my experience at Seven Hills Endodontics in some detail. However, an attorney friend cautioned me about this document, saying many lawsuits against internet reviewers are from the medical field as such posts contain comments about specific healthcare workers (like mine did), and the legal definition of defamation is broad. With that, I am amending this post and resubmitting a severely edited opinion that omits any particular names, actions and statements. Very recently, I went to Seven Hills Endodontics to receive a root canal. I now have enormous doubts as to what they did to me, and the quality of the procedure performed. I feel it is imperative I have another dentist examine me to ensure nothing is wrong. I am doing so because of actions performed by the dentist during the root canal and verbal statements he made to me that make me question their business practices and revenue generation strategy. I cannot trust this healthcare professional had my best interests in mind. That is all I am now going to state. Again, I need to remain very general in this edited review for the aforementioned reasons. Also, I wish to emphasize that I have no malice in writing this review and am doing so for what I feel will be the public's benefit. I am going to consult with my GP dentist who referred me to Seven Hills Endodontics and ask him why he sent me to this practice, as I cannot understand his rationale for doing so. I am currently giving Seven Hills Endodontics two stars as there is still the possibility there is nothing wrong with the root canal and it was performed satisfactorily. If I learn otherwise from an examination by a different dentist, changes to my rating and possibly other forms of action will follow. However, my review is based on my overall opinion of receiving treatment at this dental practice, and it is not an experience I would ever care to repeat. Nor would I recommend Seven Hills Endodontics to anyone else. EDIT: Do NOT go to Seven Hills Endodontics. I cannot elaborate further but do not go to this place if you need a root canal.

All Dr. Gatan does is root canals, and he is great in my book. No pain, and any pain I was experiencing when I showed up was gone when I left. Thanks kindly, not looking forward to another root canal but I hope if I do I can come back to you and your great staff. Always, Donnie.

First off PAIN FREE. Thank you to Dr Gatan and his whole staff for making me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left. Dr Gatan let me know exactly what he was looking at and what needs to be done. At one moment I almost fell asleep because I was so comfortable. The best part he kept checking on me to make sure I felt ok and letting me know about how much longer. His whole staff was super nice and let know if they could do anything for me to make feel comfortable. Root canals are already stressful but Dr Gatan and his staff took it alway. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful and Dr. Gatan is great. I had an old root canal redone and was pretty nervous. I had no pain and they made sure I was doing ok through the whole procedure. I highly recommend Seven Hills Endodontics.

Saw Dr. Gatan based on a referral from Dr. Rhodes. The office was very clean, and there are TV's everywhere so you do not get bored. I had a single root canal done and it was great. I never felt anything let alone pain, and Dr. Gatan kept taking X-Rays to make sure the procedure was successful. This was very reassuring and will definitely go to him for all future Root Canals or any other procedures he does.

I was very nervous about having a root canal done and chose Dr. Gatan's practice based on all of the good reviews. I'm so happy I did! Dr. Gatan has a great "bed side manner" and was very patient with me, we discussed the root canal and my future work in great detail and he never seemed rushed. I would recommend him to anyone needing endodontics work. His entire staff is great, very professional and helpful!

Dr. Gatan, and every member of the staff I dealt with are very professional, friendly, and down to earth. The office is very clean, appointments are on point, easy to deal with. I've never been to a dentist where I get called in on my appointment time until Dr. Gatan. I would recommend Dr. Gatan to everyone.

Super unprofessional people .Horrible practice, staff lie and dr. Gatan infected my tooth root .This was the most absolute, horrible dental experience I've ever had. DO NOT go to this place under ANY circumstances! There are plenty of good, friendly, professional, and competent dental offices out there. This is definitely not one of them!
