I have worked very hard while waiting for my son, Dr. Mitch, to join the practice. I am thrilled with how easy the transition has been. Mitch has given me newfound energy and inspires me every day. Our staff and patients have really embraced him as well. I am so fortunate to work with such amazing staff AND my family . . .what could be better?

I attended the University of Minnesota, and graduatedwith my Bachelor of Sciencein 1986. I continued at the University of Minnesota Dental School and finished there in 1988. I am dedicated to continuing my education by attending many courses to stay current with the latest in dental services and technology.

I am an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Columbia Dodge Marquette Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. I regularly attend the annual meeting of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society midwinter meeting as well asmonthly local dental society meetings.

The staff we have at Seubert Family Dentistry is very dedicated and loyal. Many have been here ten to 20 years or more, starting as employes ofCurran & Seubert Dental Office. This has providedour patients with a very stable environment. We are committed to excellence in all our services, so we can help our patients achieve the highest level of dental and overall health in an atmosphere of trust and compassion.

I am originally from Appleton and moved to Portage to practice with Dr. Mark Curran in 1988. My wife Cindy is a registered dental hygienist, and we have two sons Travis and Mitchell, two daughters-in-law Mary and Hannah, and wonderful grandchildren.

I love spending unplugged time at Bass Lake in northern Wisconsin. We are proud owners of a family cottage next to other family members, VanDerhei Girls Retreat; its our slice of paradise. The rest of the time is spent with my family, playing golf, fishing, curling, snowboarding, and doing many other outdoor activities.

Cindy and I give back to our community in many ways; we feel it is important to support the community that supports us! In addition to volunteering with the Wisconsin Dental Association and Donated Dental Services, we sponsor local sporting teams and events, academic scholarships for Portage boys andgirls golf teams, Portage Head Start Dental Day, St. Marys Best Fest, our church, and a variety of downtown businesses. We are proud to be located in downtown Portage!

As a profession, dentistry gives me both the opportunity to challenge myself clinically and to forge lasting relationships with people in my community. It is unlike any other medical field, due to the direct, regular interaction with patients and the dexterity and creativity needed to achieve the best results. I love the anatomy, science, and technology, as well as the aestheticand human aspects of being a dentist.

I respect that every patient is different, and love that every procedure is unique and must be tailored to each person. I thrive on that diversityon constantly having to think of new approachesand am always striving to deliver even stronger, healthier smiles!

I come from a family with a long lineof dentists and dental hygienists. Dr. Jan Seubert is my father and Cindy is my mother. I am truly blessed to be working alongside them and with our team members, to serveour community and helppeople lead healthier, happier lives.

It has always been my dream to work side by side with my dad, as of January 2020, I became co-owner of Seubert Family Dentistry. I am excited to be working in the updatedbuidling and forming long lasting relationships with our patients.

I really enjoy learning new things and am excited to take a range of continuing education courses. I am glad to have returned to Portage with my wifeHannah (Hinze), who also grew up here. We were Portage High School sweethearts and shes now a registered dental hygienist. We recently bought a home here and are excited to raise our children: Harlow, Luna and Chandlerin this great community.

When Im not at work, youll most often find me with my family: my world revolves around them. I also enjoy working on our home, Crossfit, hiking, running, and making the most of outdoor activities with our Goldendoodle, Lyell.

I come from a family of dental professionals dating back to 1890. My great-grandfather was a dentist in Antigo, Wisconsin. Other family dentists include my father, husband, brother and sister-in-law, my son, and four nephews. I cant imagine working in another field!

At Seubert Family Dentistry, I oversee the daily operational and financial aspects of our practice. My goal, and that of all of us, is to deliver quality, personalized dental care and to keep our patients smiling! I also work in the reception and front office, and am available when needed in the clinic, sinceIm a registered dental hygienist.

Dr. Jan Seubert and I were high-school sweethearts. Weve been married for 39 years and have two sons, Travis (Mary)and Dr. Mitch (Hannah). Theyre both married and have wonderful wives. I currently have4 grandchildren with another one on the way.I LOVE being a grandmother!

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching TV, participating in and watching sports, relaxing at our family cabin, and being with loved ones. I also enjoy supporting our local community and district schools. My volunteer efforts led me to initiate/pioneer the Columbia County Seal-A-Smile Program, which currently serves 18 public schools in the county.

I like meeting people and building and maintaining relationships with them. Weve built long-term relationships with patients, and I enjoy seeing families grow over the years. Our practice feels like a big family, with doctors and staff who really care about our patients and each other.

Most of my free time is spent with my family. My husband Ed and I have three daughters and sevengrandchildren. We enjoy walking on our land, taking road trips, and visiting new-to-us places in Wisconsin. I also enjoy activities with St. Johns Church.

My son, Finn attends school at St. Marys in Portage, he keeps me busy running to football, wrestling, baseball and snowboarding. We are also active members at St. Marys Catholic church in town. My family is filled with wonderful people who are very important to me. We spend almost every Sunday with my parents and sisters family.

I like interacting with our patients, to makesure they are comfortable and satisfied with the care they receive. Seubert Family Dentistry is an amazing place to work: everyone is warm, professional, and family-oriented, and enjoys helping others.

I grew up in Green Lake. My husband Michael and I moved to Oxford in 2012. Michael helps run the family farm. We have threeyoung boys, Grayson and Caleb and Lincolnwho keep us on our toes! We stay busy between planting and harvest season and enjoy winter getaways to sunny Florida.

While I gently clean peoplesteeth to remove buildup and stains, I teach them about dental health. We talk about the connection between oral and overall health and why its important to practice good home dental hygiene. I want people to have lifetimes of healthy smiles!

I enjoy talking with our awesome patients. Many of them have become my friends and they, along with our team, are part of my family. Our practice offers ethical, professional, and knowledgeable dental care, from people who want the best for our patients and community!

I work closely with patients:taking X-rays, evaluating for periodontal disease, cleaning teeth, and applying fluoride and placing sealants. During our time together, I educate my patients about oral hygiene and encourage them to develop strong, healthy habits.

My husband Gary and I have been married for more than 20 years. We have two sons, Riley and Chase, and live in the country with our two Labradors. I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, card making, reading, and going to the gym. Every spring I look forward to visiting schools during National Childrens Dental Health Month and speaking to children about how they can keep their teeth healthy.

I provide a range of preventive and maintenance dental hygiene care, including placing sealants, applying fluoride, and gentle cleanings. A lot of my day is spent teaching patients about oral health and encouraging them to develop healthier habits.

I treasure the wonderful relationships we build with patients, as they become part of our family. We have a very devoted, hard-working team who deliver the best quality of care for every patient. Our doctors have a strongly ethical approach to care and always do whats right for our patient!

I offer individualized care for patients, to helpprevent caries (cavities) and periodontal disease. I provide lots of practical education and screen for oral cancer, take X-rays, place dental sealants, perform fluoride treatments, and clean teeth, too.

I live on a farmette outside of Pardeeville with my husband Scott, who owns and operates Lovelace Well Drilling and has a sweet corn business. Together we have three sons: Trenton, Jakob, and Haiden. Haiden is in his second year growing and selling pumpkins! Im a leader in my church and involved with childrens ministries and community outreach. I also enjoy boating, camping, nature walks, and day trips with my family, including my Bull Mastiff, Lacey.

I graduated from Madison College with my associatesdegree in dental hygiene in 2012. While Dr. Mitch was in college, I worked as a temp for several different practices and gained a lot of experience in all aspects of dentistry. I also received my certificate in the use of soft tissuelasers in dentistry. Althoughthe clinical side of hygiene is very important, even more so is the personal aspect. I find building relationships with patients and making a difference in their oral health to be the most fulfilling aspect of my job.

I started my dental career here at Seubert Family Dentistry in 2000. One of my favorite parts of my job is the group of people I work with. I believe we are a very close-knit team that keeps me motivated to continuously learn and be inspired. We all truly want the best for our patients.

As a dental hygienist I build trust and confidence with patients. I make sure patients are comfortable while I provide dental screening, x-rays, teeth cleaning, sealants, fluoride and patient education. I spend an hour with each patient giving individualized care. I feel I am making a difference in my patients oral health and find satisfaction knowing that I am helping my patients keep their smiles for a lifetime.

My husband and I have been married over 20 years. We have three children that keep us on the go. We love watching them in all of their extracurricular activities; if its not soccer, swimming, basketball or baseball. We love being on the water, skiing, wake boarding or tubing. During free time we head north to the family cottage to relax with family, friends and our two dachshunds Agnes and Olive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have been married for over 15 years and have 3 children that keep us very busy. As a family, we love to ski, kayak, hike or anything outdoors. I really look forward to long tent camping trips and trying to visit every national park. I enjoy gardening, taking care of my numerous animals and reading.

I am Dr. Mitchs assistant, so I helphim with different dental procedures while supporting our patient and keeping them comfortable. I also sterilize tools, set up and break down rooms, and handle various lab tasks.

My time off is spent with my husbandTyler. We live in Pardeevillewith our dog, Iggy and our beautiful daughters, Harper Rose and Baylor Mae. I love being a Mom.I also enjoy shopping, baking, drawing, and spending time with loved ones. I also enjoy traveling throughout North America.

I seat patients, make sure theyre comfortable, and explain what will happen during their procedure. Staying chairside, I assist the doctor while updating the patients and checking that theyre relaxed. I also handle lab work and sterilization.

When Im not working, I enjoy being with family. My daughters and I enjoy going to my parentscabin, and I like taking my grandchildren (Marley and Lennon)to the park. I love the outdoors, walking, working in the yard, and going to Badger football games!

I sterilize tools and equipment, handle lab work, and provide chairside assistance to the doctors during different procedures. I also work with our emergency patients and oversee administrative duties to ensure were running efficiently.

My husband Justin and I have been married for more than ten years. We have threechildren and enjoy being outdoors, especially hiking, hunting, and snowshoeing. Althoughwe all love the Badgers, were divided aboutthe NFL: Go Vikings and Go Packers!

I have been a patient here as long as I can remember. Everyone at the office was always so friendly and happy, which drove me to start my career in dentistry. I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at MATC. I am also on the waitlist for the Dental Hygiene Program.

I grew up in Portage with my amazing parents and twin brother. Im not married yet but have an awesome longtime boyfriend. We enjoy spending time outdoors together. I have Scottish Terrier Trixie and cat Lola. I spend my time off reading, longboarding, doing crafts, playing video games, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
