Dr. Serranos interest in orthodontics was well underway during dental school at UCLA. While working on a Masters degree in Oral Biology, it was no surprise that his Brown University degree in biology had prepared him well.
As a founding member of Barrow Craniofacial Center (formerly Southwest Craniofacial Center), Dr. Serrano put the knowledge and expertise he gained at the UCSF department of growth and development during his specialty residency.

Dr. Andrew returned to Arizona to complete his doctorate degree at Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He remained to complete his masters degree in public health and his postdoctoral residency in orthodontics.
As a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics and the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, Dr. Andrew Serrano feels strongly about continuing education and providing the most advanced treatment to his patients.
Specifically, hes interested in accelerated orthodontic treatment, craniofacial and orthognathic orthodontics, temporomandibular joint function and dysfunction (TMD/TMJ), and sleep-disordered breathing.

We were very pleased with the service. Aniyah, did not have any complaints and the information given to her was perfect. I wanted to take a moment to thank Sue for her kindness and attention to me, I was not the patient but she was thoughtful and caring towards me as if I were. That is a great quality that can only be thought. The entire office has my appreciation for a wonderful experience!

Dr. Andrew and Dr. Paul Serrano are the best orthodontists around. I, have sent my wife to have treatment with them, am having my own treatment done with them, and will have my children treated by them. If you want the best possible treatment outcome, they are the orthodontists for you. Their staff is excellent, efficient, and highly trained and their treatment coordinator, Stephanie, will take care of all your needs and have the knowledge to answer any questions you may have.

So very impressed with this office! The staff was friendly, experienced, got me in and out quickly, yet I didn't feel rushed. I was a escorted within the office by friendly staff, the orthodontist took a lot of time to meet with me, discuss my care, answer my questions etc. And their equipment is so high tech! There were no painful experiences and everything was just amazing!

Our dentist referred us to Serrano Orthodontics, and we couldn't be more pleased. The entire team is very professional, pleasant, informative, and helpful. We also appreciate their schedule flexibility. It's nice to be able to go somewhere and feel thoughtfully cared for. Now, we're excited to see the finished product without braces.

Serrano orthodontics is a first class operation.. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The front desk staff very cheerful and welcoming. Stephanie is extremely helpful in explaining the details of services offered and she made the registration process quick and easy. Both doctor Paul Serrano and Doctor Andrew Serrano are extremely thorough and took plenty of time to explain and answer questions. They clearly want to customize treatment to what's best for each patient. Explained each step so that I was fully informed before making a decision and that I was then comfortable with that decision.The workup process was streamlined and efficient. The office itself is a very relaxing atmosphere.. They provided me with needed supplies. Each follow up visit has been encouraging as my braces improve my alignment. Each time they make an adjustment, they explain exactly what I should do and expect. I recommend Serrano for both kids and adults! Great experience all around!

As someone who has had some of the worst teeth and multiple expanders, braces, retainers, and more. I am very pleased with the care I have received from Serrano orthodontics. The people there and so friendly and always give you the best care. And now I have a great smile thanks to them

As usual...everyone was amazing at Serrano Orthodontists! Stephanie organized everything perfectly, Dr.A was great with all my questions, and Jane was so informative on what I should expect with my braces! Even when I had a small issue with discomfort, Stephanie once again helped me immediately and Dr.A and Missy took care of me and fixed my problem! Amazing team!

Only reason I had 4/5 is because I only saw the treatment coordinator and the orthodontist and am not getting a full set of orthodontics, only replacement retainers. But it was a positive experience!
