Dr. Javdan grew up in southern California with a passion for research and science. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from University of California Los Angeles, he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures. While obtaining this degree, he volunteered at community dental clinics and health fairs as well as shadowing a dentist. These opportunities inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry.
To fulfill his aspiration in becoming a dentist, Dr. Javdan attended University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Through his efforts with Remote Area Medical (RAM) and UCSF Community Dental Clinic, Dr. Javdan provided dental services for patients with limited access to care. Encountering patients suffering from advanced periodontal disease with hopeless dentition sparked his interest to save teeth through different treatment modalities and further his education in periodontics.
Needing some true Italian food in his life, Dr. Javdan set out to New York and completed a 36-month specialty advanced training in Periodontics at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. During his residency, he taught pre-doctoral dental students in clinic and through lectures. In addition, he presented to general dentists at the Suffolk County Dental Society Meeting. Towards the end of his residency, Dr. Javdan was chosen to participate in the Straumann National Resident Symposium.
Family, sunny weather and great opportunities led Dr. Javdan to drive 2,865 miles to Sacramento after graduation. He thrives on providing quality dental care at the highest level of excellence in a comfortable setting.
Dr. Javdan provides diagnosis and treatment of the various forms of periodontal diseases, dental extractions, soft and hard tissue grafting, placement of dental implants, and sinus grafting. He believes in providing every patient with comprehensive and individualized care.
Dr. Javdan is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology, while being an active member of the dental societies such as American Academy of Periodontology, Western Society of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society.

Staff show a high degree of experience and professionalism. Office moves smoothly, things get done and you're sent home with everything you need. Top to bottom, great staff. Dr. Conley is the man, but even if you don't see him that day you'll be in good hands.

I went in for a full examination and cleaning. Dr. Conley and his staff were cordial, professional and effective throughout my appointment. My first impression was that, as a whole, the office operated smoothly despite any constraints imposed by the pandemic. In addition to the expected services, I received helpful advise for my oral hygiene. Overall, my experience at Serramonte Ridge Dental was excellent. I confidently trust them with my dental care.

Dr. Conley is the best dentist I've ever had in 40+ years. He is personable, funny and gentle (and we know that not all dentists are). His staff is very professional, friendly and responsive and his office is very clean and well run. And while some dentists sometimes seem to put their financial interests above those of their patients, that is not the case here. You cannot go wrong by choosing Dr. Conley.

I have been seeing Dr. Conley since two years now. Got to know about his office thanks to Groupon and kept going. Him and his staff are all super nice and understanding. I really appreciate that Dr. Conley takes time to get to know his patients. Will keep going to his office.

I came here for a full examination and cleaning. The office was clean and they made sure they followed the COVID protocol. Dr. Conley and staffs were extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Conley was very knowledgeable and thorough regarding to what procedures are happening. Overall, I had a pleasant time coming here and I will definitely recommend coming here for any dental examination or cleaning. Excellent service and staff.

I was happy to receive a phone call that the office was open for cleanings so I could resume my regular every 6 month cleanings. As before, the staff are very good at greeting me, took my temperature, and the waiting room had seating spaced 6 feet apart. I was called in to my scheduled appointment on time, greeted by Inez. Received x-rays, a thorough cleaning, and refresher on how to properly floss molars. Dr. Conley is amazing, has a bright personality & a great collection of bow ties! He really cares about the health of my teeth. I will definitely be a patient and bring my entire family for their check ups!

Needed to find a new dentist and I'm glad that I found Dr. Conley! He was very nice and informative. His staff was great as well. I went in to do a check-up and to get my teeth cleaned. No issues.

Awesome experience with Dr. Conley and his staff. Have been a patient now for about two years. Have done routine cleanings and had a couple fillings done as well without any issues. Everyone is friendly at the office and overall prompt. Would definitely recommend this office.
