Dr. Paul Belluomini started with Serramonte Dental Group in 1991. He earned his D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California in 1990. Being a Bay Area native he attended high school at Serra High in San Mateo and continued his undergrad work at the University Of California, Fresno.
Dr. 'B' (for those who have problems pronouncing his last name) discovered his fondness for dentistry at an early age by observing his two uncles work on family members. Coming from a family with two uncles and a cousin who are dentists was and still is great help, think of all that fun talk at family get togethers.
Dr. Belluomini enjoys all aspects of dentistry and keeps up with the current advances in the ever changing field of dentistry. He performs a wide range of general dentistry with an emphasis in cosmetics, implants, and endodontics (root canals).
Dr. B currently resides in San Carlos with his wife Joanne raising three daughters. He has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys playing baseball, hunting, and gardening. He is also a devoted and avid fan of his professional teams in San Francisco, the Giants and 49ers and enjoys collecting sports memorabilia.
Dr. Stephen West is a native San Franciscan and third generation orthodontist. After graduating from Riordan High School, he headed south to attend the University of California in Santa Barbara. Dr. West returned to San Francisco and graduated from the University of California School of Dentistry with honors in 1978. He then completed the two-year postgraduate orthodontic residency program at UCSF. Dr. West has been in private practice since 1980. Dr. West became Board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics in 1992.

Dr. West has helped educate the next generation of orthodontists by teaching in the Division or Orthodontics, UCSF School of Dentistry since 1989. He has attained the rank of Clinical Professor. He was selected 'Teacher of the Year' by the orthodontic residents in 2001 and 2006.
Dr. West and his wife Rosie have three boys Chris, Scott and Pat. In his free time, Dr. West enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking and fishing. Early mornings find him in the pool where he has been swimming with the Burlingame Masters since 2000.
Dr. Elizabeth Ng was born and raised in the Peninsula Bay Area. Early on, Dr. Elizabeth was inspired by her teachers and mentors to pursue a profession working with kids. During her undergraduate years at UCLA, she mentored with a student-adoptee organization on campus, China Care Bruins. Following college, she attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she further cemented her love of working with children through volunteer activities such as Give Kids a Smile Day, Special Olympics, and a community clinic for patients with special health care needs.
Following dental school, Dr. Elizabeth was delighted to move back close to her family to complete a dual pediatric dental residency and masters program at the UCSF. This three-year program included extensive training in trauma management, advanced behavior management, and providing quality care for the most underserved in our community. Her research on silver diamine fluoride (a caries arresting medicament) has been published in Pediatric Dentistry, the authoritative journal in the field. Dr. Elizabeths commitment in being an engaged dental provider has led her all over the world, from lobbying for the field in D.C. and Sacramento, to the Navajo nation in Arizona, and the remote Panajachel, Guatemala.
Dr. Elizabeths favorite part about being a pediatric dentist, is working with families to establish a dental home and customizing their treatment plan to one that is right for them understanding that everyones needs, values, and cultural perceptions are unique. Dr. Elizabeth is excited to guide your children towards great oral health and cant wait to meet you and your family!
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Elizabeths passions include hiking with her dog, traveling with family and friends, playing guitar, and learning new languages. Dr. Elizabeth is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

As treatment coordinator, I am the liason between our office, parents, insurance companies, and other dental offices to assure a positive experience for the patient and their parents. I also handle the financial arrangements for treatment and try to make convenient and flexible payment plans if needed. I pride myself in helping parents to the best of my ability and going the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your choice of trusting Dr. Pham with your children's dental needs.
Our caring registered dental assistants are trained to work with young children. Their gentle nature and ability to communicate with your child will help to relax your child and to foster a positive lasting dental experience.

Awful. Tried to talk me into having two teeth that aren't causing me any pain removed. Seemed more interested in my insurance than what I actually wanted to have fixed. Very unethical.

Serramonte Dental offers an excellent dental services. They monitor and treat all your dental needs. You feel that you are part of their family, from Doctor B. To all the hygienists and the front office, they are very professional and caring people always warm and helpful. It is enough that they give you an honest advise and solution to any issues you face, and I had many problems with my teeth, they helped it take care of all of it. Serramonte Dental is a very professional and caring place. They are organized. They never make mistakes on billing like many other dental offices and most importantly they are very effective and good with children. My daughter has autism and Dr. Pham is fantastic with her, while another dentist didn't have the skills to examine her and clean her teeth. I am so happy I found Dr. Pham and his great team at Serramonte Dental! It's hard to find services for your child with special needs. And I always say the following: when someone is nice to you, that's great, but when someone is kind to your child, it means the world.

I grew up in a military family. Most of our dental needs where provided by the US Government. At the time, 1960's, I managed to develop a fear of Dentist due mostly in part to the Dentist in training. With this fact, I have neglected to seek dental care, except for an emergency. Fast forward... I am now 67 years old and needed extensive dental work. I found Dr. P. Belluomini (AkA) Dr. B for treatment. My fears have been relieved !!! He and his staff are great! For anyone with this "FEAR FACTOR" I would strongly recommend to seek is knowledgable and compassionate service. Gave me back my smile with MINIMAL PAIN.

It should be 5 stars but I chose 3 because of the new receptionist name Cassandra. I really missed Kat and Vicky. My kids and myself missed them so much! No one can replace Kat and Vicky for their excellent service we experienced with them. We did not make appoinment for a long time since Dr Kis and Dr Pham was gone. Then a new receptionist Cassandra came amd not even give a great service. Sorry but don't feel comfortable with her. She's trying but not fully good service. Not friendly at all. Thanks

Dr. B and his staff are incredible! The front desk are always warm and friendly, they answer the phone, not 20 buttons to push before you get a human! Missy is awesome and Dr. B is the best ! Thank you to a wonderful dental group !

I love Serramonte Dental, it is well maintained, very clean, the atmosphere is great. The staff are amazing. Dr. Pham is excellent, very friendly and nice. Dr. Pham is the pediatric dentist of my son, Jonathan since he was still a toddler. and Dr. West too is very nice, he is the orthodontist of my son. Awesome place and highly recommended!
