Dr. Serge Papiernik wanted to be a Doctor ever since he was young. After earning his degree from the University of Paris in France, he graduated from a post graduate program at Mount Sinai Medical Center. While building his private practice, Dr. Serge Papiernik spent the next ten years on the faculty of Mount Sinai, teaching Prosthedontics to the residents. He has served the Miami community for over 30 years in private practice, working to make all his patients feel like family and friends. Dr. Papiernik is a member of:
Committed to education as a student as well as teacher, Dr. Papiernik regularly adds to his expertise through continuing education. Over the years, he has collected hundreds of hours in a variety of subjects, from Implants and Invisalign to Endodontics and Cosmetic courses, many through the Pankey Institute.
In his time away from the office, Dr. Papiernik supports his community as a champion and patron of local arts and culture, serving as the President of a major culture center for 18 years. In addition he loves sports, and has been a Miami Heat season-ticketholder for 20 years. A dog-lover, he also loves spending time with his three dogs.
Melanie enjoys helping patients keep their smiles healthy in her role as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Melanie trained in Upstate New York then moved to South Florida in 2019 and regularly adds to her expertise through continuing education courses in Dental Hygiene.
Licensed Dental Assistant. She attended high school in Miami and earned her certification at Robert Morgan College. Through continuing education courses, she stays up to date on the latest tools and techniques. Around the office, she does her best to keep everyone happy and relaxed, and to keep the office running smoothly.
Outside the office, Terry loves spending time with her dogs, as well as gardening, cooking, cultivating orchids, doing crafts, and watching Law & Order. She is married to Dr. Serge Papiernik, and is a mother to two sons, Anthony and David
Nicole is the first friendly face youll meet when you arrive at Miami Smile Dental, and she prides herself on relating to patients in a friendly way. She is a graduate of Killian High School in Miami.
