Dr. Serge Papiernik wanted to be a Doctor ever since he was young. After earning his degree from the University of Paris in France, he graduated from a post graduate program at Mount Sinai Medical Center. While building his private practice, Dr. Serge Papiernik spent the next ten years on the faculty of Mount Sinai, teaching Prosthedontics to the residents. He has served the Miami community for over 30 years in private practice, working to make all his patients feel like family and friends. Dr. Papiernik is a member of:
Committed to education as a student as well as teacher, Dr. Papiernik regularly adds to his expertise through continuing education. Over the years, he has collected hundreds of hours in a variety of subjects, from Implants and Invisalign to Endodontics and Cosmetic courses, many through the Pankey Institute.
In his time away from the office, Dr. Papiernik supports his community as a champion and patron of local arts and culture, serving as the President of a major culture center for 18 years. In addition he loves sports, and has been a Miami Heat season-ticketholder for 20 years. A dog-lover, he also loves spending time with his three dogs.
Melanie enjoys helping patients keep their smiles healthy in her role as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Melanie trained in Upstate New York then moved to South Florida in 2019 and regularly adds to her expertise through continuing education courses in Dental Hygiene.
Licensed Dental Assistant. She attended high school in Miami and earned her certification at Robert Morgan College. Through continuing education courses, she stays up to date on the latest tools and techniques. Around the office, she does her best to keep everyone happy and relaxed, and to keep the office running smoothly.
Outside the office, Terry loves spending time with her dogs, as well as gardening, cooking, cultivating orchids, doing crafts, and watching Law & Order. She is married to Dr. Serge Papiernik, and is a mother to two sons, Anthony and David
Nicole is the first friendly face youll meet when you arrive at Miami Smile Dental, and she prides herself on relating to patients in a friendly way. She is a graduate of Killian High School in Miami.

Serge and his team are very professional. Everything interns in assurance was done before your treatment (not so easy for foreigners). Treatment was great ( I don t like dentist) and no pain. Really excellent care and more he speak French too

Dr. Papiernik and his team are the most caring and helpful office. I called in with some pain and they took me an hour later. They are attentive to every patient and go the extra mile to help with everything. I switched over to them from another dentist, and it's the best decision I have ever made.

I have been coming to Serge's office for years and this is the best experience I have ever had. Staffs are very friendly and kind and doctor is awesome! For someone who had terrible experience with dentist growing up, I am not long afraid when I so go dental appointment. I totally recommend them to all my family and friends.

I love coming here. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and explain things very well. They're very caring and ensure you have the best care and advice. I live in Pembroke Pines but I come down to Dadeland to see the doctor and his great staff. Nicole is great answering any questions and texting you updates or any cancellations. Highly recommend

I want to start off by saying that I'm afraid of the dentist. The first time I walked into this office the energy and staff put me at ease, and that was 5 years ago now. They are professional and perspicacious, which is exactly what you need to feel at ease that you will be taken care of by educated and compassionate people. I moved from Miami to Fort Lauderdale in March 2017 and Serge is still my dentist. :) Serge is amazing, he's honest and forward during his consults and won't make you go through procedures that aren't necessary. Terry, you rock as well! My hygienist Ximena has hands from heaven, I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned now! She creates minimal conversation to stay focused on her task but is friendly and receptive to your concerns and feelings. I recently got my teeth whitened and it wasn't such a bad experience like I had been told from other people. All and all, this office is top class. From the equipment to staff, I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Dr. Papiernik and his team provide top quality service at a fair price, tailored to your particular needs and situation. I went there with a broken filling and got it replaced with a beautiful, digitally-engineered, crown, in no time,with *no* prior root canal. I went there again for new patient x-rays and a cleaning and was not pressured to get the famous and expensive "deep-cleaning", and this is a first. All staff members are friendly and dedicated to provide you with the best possible experience you can expect while sitting in a dental chair. Lastly, there is virtually no wait. I even arrived early for my last appointment and was taken care of right away.

Hands down THEE best dentist and dental team I've EVER worked with in my life. They are SO caring and willing to help in ANY way possible. The team is always so responsive, accommodating & detail oriented. Oh man, let's get to Dr. Papiernik! He is so meticulous and cares about your oral goals literally as if it was his own mouth and teeth. He doesn't try to take money by "finding" problems that don't exist. He is very straightforward and is literally the best at what he does! The man has 2 degrees for Christs sake! He was a teacher for dentistry for a long time and chose to go back to his practice because he loves what he does and trust me when I tell you, it definitely shows! I've since had to move out of state and I'm so disappointed by all the other dentists I've visited so far. If you need any dental work done, I would recommend EVERYONE go here.

Dr. Papiernick is the best dentist I have ever been to wonderful staff, courteous and very caring. My kids love him.I would recommend him, anytime. Is been more than 5 years and still going...great Dr., staff beautiful office. I recommend him all the time...
