Dr. Maria Goff earned her undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from Western Kentucky University. She attended the University of Kentucky, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. While in school, Dr. Goff earned an award from the American Equilibration Society for her knowledge in the field of occlusion and the temporomandibular joint. She is also trained to provide IV sedation dentistry and BOTOX injections.
Dr. Goff enjoys helping her patients feel comfortable and happy, both in the dental office and with their smiles. She enjoys staying up to date in the dental field by attending continuing education courses and participating in online forums.
Dr. David Eccker received his undergraduate degree in biology from San Diego State University. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky, graduating magna cum laude with honors. During his third year of dental school, Dr. Eccker was selected for a military scholarship through the US Army Reserves. Dr. Eccker has been actively involved in the reserves and received an award from the Lexington Medical Recruiting center for his involvement in helping medical and dental students understand what the Army could do for them. Additionally, Dr. Eccker was recognized by the University of Kentucky Department of Endodontics for excellence in endodontics.
At the dental office, Dr. Eccker looks forward to connecting with each of his patients on an individual levelhe truly enjoys getting to hear everyones unique story! When he is not hard at work helping patients, Dr. Eccker enjoys a variety of hobbies, including motocross, mechanics, and collecting rare bourbon!
Christan attended the University of New Mexico, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been working in the dental field since 2016 and joined the Serenity Smiles team in 2020.
As a dental hygienist, Christan provides services such as prophy dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, taking x-rays, fluoride applications, and laser therapy. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people every day and getting to know her patients on a personal level.
